Cooler weather is the best! Every time I sit down, assorted cats and dogs take up residence on my lap or legs or arms. They don’t care; they’re just chilly. I mean, they just love me!
I was able to wrestle my arm out from under a furry beast and make sure there are new printables for you this week. I added a couple of dozen contracts to PrintableContracts.com. Plus, there’s a new selection of reference letter templates at CharacterReferenceLetters.com.

With the newest additions, PrintableContracts.com now has nearly 600 contracts, agreements, warranties, and waivers.
The sample contracts range from all kinds of business situations to sensitive personal dealings. Each template is free to download, customize, and print. Of course, if you need legal advice, you should consult an attorney.
I’ve added several new company policies, including for paycheck advances and Covid issues. There’s also an informed consent form, and a service contract for caregivers.
For teens in school settings, there are two new prom contracts, one of which is related to Covid safety. There are also new college housing, dorm, and roommate agreements.
New waivers cover: informed consent, debt, HIPAA, homestead rights, guardianship, deductibles, conditions, and conflicts of interest.
Rounding out the new additions are: a research study agreement, a division of child care plan, and a certification of no conflict.

I’ve added new testimonials, academic recommendations, job references, and other letter templates at CharacterReferenceLetters.com. Each one is ready to instantly download and customize, replacing placeholder wording as needed to suit your situation. These letters are a great place to start when you need to vouch for someone.
The site has now surpassed 300 sample character reference letters. Plus, read articles about how to ask for or write a reference letter.
New job-related letters at CharacterReferenceLetters.com are intended for: nurses, remote workers, and traveling workers. This round of additions also includes letters speaking directly to personal qualities such as: honesty and integrity, weaknesses, the ability to work under stressful conditions, reliability, and “easy to work with.”
I’ve added reference letter templates from a college counselor as well as one related to financial aid appeals and two letters affirming volunteer hours.
Also new are brief testimonials for a college consultant as well as vacation rental reviews from the perspective of the property owner and the guest.
There’s a new letter recommending a church or its leader, a letter for a loan, and a background check reference. I’ve even added a character reference for one’s self, for unusual situations where that would be requested.
