The Early Spookiness Edition
|
October is upon us, and it’s time for me to consider my Halloween costume. I don’t think I want to be a butterfly again. Let me know if you have any ideas! I’m also taking suggestions for costumes for our family dogs (the cats will not tolerate such foolery.)
So, what’s new? I’ve added new open source printables to OpenOfficeTemplates.com and LibreOfficeTemplates.net. These work with the free software programs Open Office and Libre Office.
Plus, this issue of the newsletter contains an early Halloween roundup. I’ll have a longer, spookier overview of Halloween printables later in the month.
Please take a moment to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page and consider making a monthly pledge to support the creation of even more printables. Thank you!

While many, if not most, of the printables at the FreePrintable.net sites work not only with Microsoft Word but other DOC-compatible programs, there can occasionally be glitches. That’s why I have two sites dedicated to providing my most popular printables to those who use the open-source word processing programs Open Office and Libre Office. Each file is optimized to work with these free alternatives to Microsoft Word, formatted as .ODT and .ODS rather than .DOC files.
I’ve added even more printables that are compatible with these programs to OpenOfficeTemplates.com and LibreOfficeTemplates.net, and there are now nearly 400 items at each of the two sites, each free.
You’ll find new forms, charts, lists, and other printables for home, office, or school use.
New medical forms include a blood sugar tracker, a medications tracker, and a Covid symptoms log. There’s also a comprehensive fitness planner. Other new planners include a daily planner, a half-hour planner, and a school planner. The new certificates include an Online
Class Star school certificate and a Trivia Night award.
I’ve also added financial form templates such as a prospective income template, a college financial worksheet, a donations form, and a vehicle receipt.
Rounding out the new additions are several fax cover sheet templates, a shopping list, gift certificate templates, a resume, and a work log.
The sites also have: business forms, stationery sheets, flyers, legal pleading paper, and classroom printables.
Remember, everything at OpenOfficeTemplates.com and LibreOfficeTemplates.net is free to download and print.

I’ll have a bigger Halloween roundup later, but I wanted to make sure you know about the free Halloween coloring pages at FreePrintableColoringPages.net, stationery at FreePrintableStationery.net, certificates at FreePrintableCertificates.net, and gift tags at FreePrintableGiftTags.net. Plus, head to HalloweenPrintables.net and PrintableMasks.net for even more Halloween printables and masks.
In situations where Covid safety is an issue, you’ll want to check out the free signs and flyers at PrintableSigns.net and PrintableFlyerTemplates.net. These brightly illustrated printables encourage social distancing, announce self-serve treats, and promote events such as a costume
parade, trunk or treat, drive-by trick or treat, and virtual pumpkin carving and costume contests.
If you’d like to save time and download 50 of the most popular Halloween printables at once, pay just $11 (10 percent off with the newsletter discount automatically applied) for the special Halloween Pack. The Pack downloads instantly, and includes the free and premium versions of each item.
Please keep sending me your ideas for new printables! And remember to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page and consider becoming a member with a monthly pledge. Thanks and happy printing!
