No way is it almost August! I guess it’s time to print a new calendar page. Life has been on the mundane side for me lately, which actually is a welcome change. I’m still working on exciting new printables, of course, but also enjoying down time with the family. I’ve been trying to buy new shoes, but the style I like is only available in super boring colors. My feet like to stand
out!
As for what’s new this week, I’ve just added a big batch of letterhead to FreeLetterheadTemplates.net. There’s a new set of minimalist style monogram letterhead, plus themed and floral stationery.
Also, I decided my medical forms and business forms sites are so popular that I’d like to add to them even more often. There are new printables up at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com this week. Please check them out and let me know what else you’d like to see at that site as well as at

FreeLetterheadTemplates.net, which I started back in 2008 as a complement to my stationery site FreePrintableStationery.net, now has 575 letterhead templates. (There are nearly 1,000 more at the stationery site!) As always, each letterhead design is free to instantly download and print.
Also new is a set of designs with bold, bright strips on one edge. Each has a distinctive word in white script such as: celebrate, congratulations, great job, love you, miss you, and thinking of you.
The just-added monogram letterhead joins the styles already at the site. This set has a minimalist feel with both color and black-and-white variations.
The free letterhead is in DOC (Microsoft Word) format so you can type your letter directly into the template before printing. Or, print it out and write by hand.

There are nearly two dozen new medical forms, charts, trackers and other printables at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com, bringing the total to nearly 700 printables. Each medical form has both a free and paid, premium version.
The new trackers, diaries, and logs include symptoms trackers for: celiac disease, eczema, pain, prolapse, and Long Covid. There are also logs related to eye pressure, wound care, intimacy, skin checks, and cleaning one’s CPAP machine.
New medication forms include, by site user request, a multiple prescriptions tracker. Another user-suggested addition is a log for noting both blood sugar levels and blood pressure.
I’ve also added several new weight-loss trackers for those who are trying to shed pounds safely and gradually and like the visual motivation of checking off or filling in their progress by the numbers.
You’ll also find several letter templates in the forms category at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com. There is sample wording for appealing a medical claim denial, filing a claim, transferring records, and more. There are also letters that medical professionals can fill out attesting that a patient must bring supplies or devices related to diabetes or breathing onto
a plane. The letters can be downloaded free in DOC format, or simply cut and paste the wording as displayed on the site.
FreePrintableMedicalForms.com also has forms related to the coronavirus pandemic, such as Covid attestation logs along with lists for vaccinated and unvaccinated contacts and forms related to isolation or quarantine.
The site has wallet cards, exercise charts, nutrition forms, logs for people with diabetes, and even veterinary forms.
You can download anything at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com free in PDF form to write on by hand. A customizable DOC version is just $3.99 per design and can be used again and again.
