The Money Matters Edition

I hope you’re enjoying summer. Our new favorite activity is paddling kayaks in the Willamette River here in Portland, Oregon. I’m getting pretty decent at it!
This issue of the FreePrintable.net newsletter covers all kinds of money matters and the forms that business owners and many others need to keep things running smoothly. I recently added new cash receipts to PrintableCashReceipts.com and new invoices to PrintableInvoiceTemplates.net. These
receipts, claim tickets, and billing documents aren’t just for business owners; they’re handy for freelancers, volunteers, or anyone selling or lending items.

With the newest additions, there are now 375 receipts at PrintableCashReceipts.com, each with a free option as well as a paid, premium editable version. I’ve just added 30 new printables to the site.
The new receipts for specific business ventures include illustrated forms for bakers, barbers, books, caterering, computer sales, pet supplies, wedding-related services, and writing.
I’ve also added several claim checks designed to separate so that one piece stays with the property and the other with the owner. There are claim checks for backpacks, luggage, and bike valet services.
Also new are forms for when someone, such as a student or employee, is checking out a piece of equipment or technology for a period of time. Plus, find receipts for a student cell phone or other property temporarily seized. (There are three of these slips on each page.)
Rounding out the new additions are a set of coat check receipts numbered from 1 to 60 and a donation receipt.
PrintableCashReceipts.com has both simple receipts and complex receipts for freelancers, small business owners, nonprofit managers, or anyone else who needs to provide evidence that something has been purchased or lent. There are even a few forms for situations related to the pandemic such as receipts for contactless transactions or grocery or restaurant delivery.
Each item at the site is free as a PDF or $7 per design for an editable DOC file that can be customized using Microsoft Word to type into the receipt before printing. Add business names, addresses, and other details.

You’ll find a broad range of printables at PrintableInvoiceTemplates.net, and with the latest addition of two dozen new templates, there are now 442 invoices from which to choose.
Along with basic invoices, you’ll find proposals and bids, credit memos, expense reports, purchase
orders, and other useful forms to print. There’s a free version of everything at PrintableInvoiceTemplates.net.
There are new illustrated, industry-specific forms for: appliances, auto repair, bicycle repair, books, construction, dog walking, drain cleaning, fencing, HVAC, interior design, locksmithing, pressure washing, roofing, septic service, and tree care.
There’s an order form for a corsage that prints two per page and an illustrated t-shirt order form with four per page. A new donation form prints with two on each page.
Other new billing documents and statements include three trackers to keep a record of invoices sent or received. There’s even an invoice for a child’s allowance.
Some of the invoices match stationery designs at sister site FreePrintableStationery.net as well as business cards at FreePrintableBusinessCards.net. Choose from invoices with a colorful butterfly, cats, flowers, a U.S. flag, a forest scene, a computer
background, a wolf, stars, and other themes.
Many are available in both lined and unlined versions as well as in landscape and portrait orientation.
Each template is free in PDF form to print out and write on it pen, or pay $7 per template for an editable DOC or XLS (Excel spreadsheet) version.
