I have a “chilling” report on my Valentine’s Day tradition of watching a truly awful rotten tomato of a movie each February 14th. There was a major ice storm in the Portland area, and while the landscape is snowy and beautiful, our power was out all weekend. We had to postpone our movie-watching. However, my wife and I selected what we hope is a terrible movie for when weather allows: Doolittle. We can’t wait to not enjoy it. Thanks, all of you who sent in
suggestions!
Despite the interference of Jack Frost, I was able to add quite a few new printables this week. There are new contracts at PrintableContracts.com as well as new resignation letter templates at ResignationLetters.biz.
Please take a moment to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page, where you can consider making a monthly pledge to support the creation of new printables. Thank you!

Counting the newest contract templates at PrintableContracts.com, there are now more than 560 contracts, agreements, warranties, and waivers at the site. Each is free to download, customize, and print.
There’s a broad range of sample contracts from which to choose, for both personal and business matters. Of course, as always, if you need legal advice, be sure to consult an attorney.
For employees, you’ll find a “conduct in vehicle” policy. Plus, find contracts for an illustrator, an author, a graphic designer, or a web developer.
New rental contracts relate to: vehicle storage, storage units, co-working space, and an office share.
Plus, I’ve added a few more agreements that are especially of use during the coronavirus pandemic, such as a workplace safety agreement. For personal use, there’s a “Covid bubble agreement” and family agreements related to working from home. There are also five liability waivers for specific businesses. Other new waivers cover liens, benefits and confidentiality.
PrintableContracts.com also has agreements for children and teens, personal relationships, events (including weddings), and more. The site also has several articles about different types of contracts, along with tips on how to write them.
Each contract downloads instantly as an editable DOC file that you can type into directly using Microsoft Word or another compatible program. Alternatively, simply cut and paste the text directly from the site.

I’ve added several new education letters for declining college offers or removing oneself from a waitlist.
Most of the letters at the site have a positive tone, but there are also a few for rare circumstances. Each letter at ResignationLetters.biz is free for your personal use. The templates download instantly in DOC format. Or, just copy and paste the text.
