The 24 new printables at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com range from pandemic-related medical forms to appointment sheets to caregiver checklists.
The site now has 661 health forms, charts, journals, trackers, and other printables for medical offices, home, and schools.
The new trackers and logs include variations for: blood pressure, contact lens use, and perimenopause symptoms.
Due to site user requests, I’ve added a medical office appointment sheet with 10-minute intervals, one covering three days, and a dental appointment sheet. There are also new continuation exam cards and sheets for patient care as well as a new “physician’s orders” form. I’ve added two AED inspection trackers for ensuring that defibrillators and supplies
are complete and in working order.
Especially relevant during the coronavirus pandemic are Covid attestation logs and forms as well as lists for vaccinated and unvaccinated contacts.
The new forms and charts for caregivers include a daily checklist, an assistance assessment, and a monthly shower assistance log.
