I’m officially ready for autumn. It’s a little warm out for my liking, and crunchy leaves make for fun walks here in Portland, Oregon. Bring it on! Plus, I have lots of new printables planned for the fall, holidays, and beyond. Let me know what you’d like to see next.
This week, I doubled the number of hero biographies at HeroPrintables.com, the site that complements PrintablesToday.com, where each day you can find a daily hero along with vocabulary words, holidays (both official and just for fun), a weekly planner, a monthly calendar, a puzzle, and a tally of what’s new
at the FreePrintable.net sites.
I've also added new calendars to PrintableJewishCalendar.com, including 2021 and Hebrew year 5781.
I hope you’ll check out the FreePrintable.net Patreon page, where you can consider making a monthly pledge to support the creation of new printables. Thanks!

The new site HeroPrintables.com now has 50 more hero biographies, for a total of 100. Each worksheet is free to download and print one at a time. These historical figures are from a wide range of backgrounds, and the worksheets were uniquely researched and created just for HeroPrintables.com.
Each biography is illustrated with a photo or drawing of the individual, when available. They download as easy-to-print PDF files.
The heroes include trailblazers for civil rights, women’s rights, worker rights, and LGBTQ rights. Also featured are leaders in politics, environmental causes, art, athletics, sports, science, technology, and medicine.
The biographies are ideal for school or home study, or when you just want to expand your knowledge. You’ll find bios of people you’ve heard of, and some that you probably haven’t. A few of the heroes now featured at HeroPrintables.com are: Audre Lorde, Cesar Chavez, Eleanor Roosevelt, Flossie Wong-Staal, Henrietta Lacks, Rosa Parks, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Walter Reuther, and Philip Emeagwali.
Remember to bookmark PrintablesToday.com and check back daily to see heroes, vocab words, holidays, a weekly planner, a monthly calendar, a puzzle, and what’s new at the FreePrintable.net sites.

This year, the Jewish New Year starts with Rosh Hashanah at sundown on Sept. 18. The holiday also marks the beginning of Hebrew year 5781. There are new monthly calendars for 5781 at PrintableJewishCalendar.com, and each is free to download
and print in PDF format.
The site also has Hebrew calendars that note the corresponding Gregorian dates. The 2020 and 2021 calendars note Jewish holidays and Hebrew dates.
PrintableJewishCalendar.com is also home to a Jewish Calendar Generator that can be used to make and print custom calendars. It’s absolutely free to use.
Any calendar at the site can be printed individually at no cost. But if you’d like to save time by downloading all of the calendar variations at once, the entire collection is available for just $3.99.
PrintableJewishCalendar.com is a sister site to the 2020 calendars site, Printable2020calendars.com, and the 2021 calendars site, Printable2021calendars.com.
Please keep sending me your ideas for new printables. And send dog photos anytime! Remember to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page and consider becoming a member with a monthly pledge. Thanks and happy printing!
