The Flatten the Curve Edition
|
Hey, printables fans! I hope that you’re staying safe and well during the Coronavirus pandemic. Please stay home if you’re able. Social distancing is super important in “flattening the curve” so a pandemic spreads more slowly and our medical systems can keep up.
Recently, I added dozens of new health-related forms to FreePrintableMedicalForms.com, including a Pandemic Plan with tips on prevention, preparation, avoiding disease spread, and community-related issues. I’ve also added a specialty grocery list to
FreePrintableGroceryList.com for stocking up during a widespread outbreak, while making sure not to go overboard so all of our friends, neighbors, and loved ones can get what they need.
As always, everything at the FreePrintable.net sites has a free version to download and print. Crank up your home printer! I’m fortunate to be hunkering down in Savetz Publishing World Headquarters, AKA my home office. Please let me know if you have ideas for new printables. And remember, if you need to send a fax, my service FaxZero.com lets you bridge the distance, for free. If you’ve got kids at
home and are looking for worksheets and other classroom printables, I’ve got those, too.
I do hope you’ll take a moment to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page, where you can consider making a monthly pledge to support the creation of new printables.

Among the 24 new printables at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com is a Pandemic Emergency Plan, one simple sheet to print out with tips on prevention, preparation, avoiding disease spread, and community-related issues. Also, in that regard, I’ve added a new specialty grocery list to
FreePrintableGroceryList.com to help decide what to responsibly stock up on during a pandemic or in preparation for social distancing or quarantine. I hope you find these helpful. The site now has a whopping 629 forms, charts, journals, and other printables for medical office, home, and school use.
I’ve added medical forms such as: an ear/nose/throat exam record, a medical lab test order, and medical team contact information, health insurance verification, blank test result forms, surveillance forms, and progress notes. There are also new trackers for fibromyalgia, menopause, vaccines, and medical tests. Plus, I’ve added a log for tracking hours of sleep.
There are several new wallet cards (which print with 10 per sheet) intended to alert people to specific allergies and food sensitivities such as to celery, citrus, fish, shellfish, and red meat.
The new veterinary forms at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com include feline and canine dental charts.
FreePrintableMedicalForms.com also has exercise charts, nutrition forms, logs for people with diabetes, and more.
The medical forms complement the selection at BusinessFormTemplate.com, which has 1,515 business forms, bills of sale, letters, invoice templates, and too many other printables to list.
You can download and print anything at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com free as a PDF to write on by hand. If you want the flexibility of customizing the form in Microsoft Word or another compatible program, a DOC version is available for $3.99 apiece. If you expect to need more than a few forms, there’s a handy all-in-one-download of the entire medical forms collection for just $47.
