The Shop Til You Drop Edition
|
I hope your week is off to a great start! I’m loving my new neighborhood here in beautiful Portland, Oregon. It’s much more “walkable” than where we lived before. There’s a park for the dogs and plenty of places to eat and shop. This provides a nice transition into the topic of this week’s newsletter: printable grocery lists and meal planners.
Read on for a delicious overview of the new grocery lists and other related printables to FreePrintableGroceryList.com.
Also, please visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page where you can consider making a monthly pledge that will support the creation of even more free printables. Thank you!

The new shopping lists at FreePrintableGroceryList.com include blank menu planners, specialty grocery lists, and labels. With more than two dozen new additions, there are now around 300 free printables at the site.
FreePrintableGroceryList.com has a large collection of specialty grocery lists based on food sensitivities or restrictions. I’ve just added lists to aid in shopping for foods high in vitamins A, D, C, and K. Other new lists focus on items for diets high in fiber, potassium, iron, magnesium, and protein. These lists also note the amount of each nutrient per
serving size.
I’ve added new, illustrated expiration labels for specific foods such as: canned goods, baking items, frozen foods, toiletries, and medication. Print these on sticker paper or other sturdy adhesive paper for durability if you’d like.
FreePrintableGroceryList.com is now more than 10 years old and has expanded from basic blank and pre-filled shopping checklists to include lists for special events as well as packing lists. There’s a coordinated coupon binder and price guide, budgeting tools, substitutions lists, pantry lists, and mini lists. The site also has holiday lists and I just added an illustrated Passover shopping list.
The new menu planners are set up for five full weeks and are available in color or black and white. The site also has holiday menu templates, party planners, kids’ school lunch menus, meal delivery kit planners, and more.
Everything at FreePrintableGroceryList.com is free to download and print in PDF or editable DOC format. With the DOC version, you can type in your list items or menu using Microsoft Word.
Thanks for your nice notes, and for sending me your ideas for new printables! Remember to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page and consider becoming a member with a monthly pledge. Happy printing!
