August is sneaking up on me! I’ve been off with my vintage computer pals, making pixel-style art out of Post-It Notes and reminiscing about 1980s tech, along with a short-lived TV show about crime-solving computer whizzes.
I haven’t solved any mysteries lately, but I did add more sample resumes to InstantResumeTemplates.com, this time branching out to include a couple of resumes for kids and even pet resumes (mainly for apartment-hunting). Plus, there are 100 new Nonogram and Sudoku puzzles at
PrintPuzzles.net.
Please visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page where you can consider making a monthly pledge that will support the creation of even more free printables. Thank you!

The new batch of resumes for InstantResumeTemplates.com includes a few that I didn’t realize until recently are “a thing.” When hunting for rentals in a competitive market, applicants may be asked to vouch for their pets’ behavior and training. These animal resumes let owners share vital statistics (including size and age) about their dogs, cats, and other beasts. There’s
also a working dog resume for very good pups in the entertainment industry or other roles.
I’ve also added a new resume for a child actor and it’s ideal for taping to the back of a photo for auditions.
Other new resumes are designed for summer jobs, tutors, graduate assistants, and other college-level academic positions. On the flip side are new resumes designed to battle age discrimination by highlighting skills and someone’s last five jobs rather than chronological dates.
There are also new resumes with sample wording for specific jobs such as: valet, server, paralegal, bookkeeper, barista, customer experience rep, office manager, lab tech, and even a Jack (or Jill) of all trades.
Counting these 20 new additions, InstantResumeTemplates.com now has 376 templates, each free to download in DOC (Microsoft Word) format and customize for your personal use. At this site, you’ll also find templates for job objectives and skills
matrices. If you’re seeking cover letters that match the resumes, several complementary designs are at sister site CoverLetterExamples.net. If you need recommendation letters, those are at LettersOfRecommendation.net.

After adding two huge batches of new puzzles to PrintPuzzles.net in recent weeks, the site now has more than 1,000 Nonogram and Sudoku puzzles.
A range of skill levels are covered, and you can download and print any of the puzzles individually for free, or pay to download a puzzle book so you can have a collection of puzzles on hand at any time.
Nonogram and Sudoku puzzles are brain-busters that take a little practice to learn how to solve, especially in the case of Nonograms, so the site includes puzzle-solving guides.
PrintPuzzles.net also has puzzles for beginners as well as experts, ranging from easy Sudoku puzzles to large Nonograms. If you’re stumped, consult the second page of each download for the solution.
To work a Sudoku puzzle, add numbers to fill a grid so that each 3-by-3 block or “region” of the multi-celled puzzle contains the digits 1 through 9. At PrintPuzzles.net, the easy Sudoku puzzles have several numbers prefilled while harder puzzles have only a few numbers provided.
Nonograms are logic puzzles with more complicated rules, but they’re really fun once you get the hang of it. Use basic math skills to gray out specific squares on a grid until a pattern is revealed.
Feel free to print puzzles one at a time at PrintPuzzles.net free of charge. But I hope you’ll consider the convenient option to buy entire downloadable puzzle books that contain even more puzzles. The $9.99 digital books are sorted by difficulty level or you can get a variety of skill levels in one collection. There are hundreds of puzzles in each book. You can store and print them as-needed or print and assemble your book right away. Happy solving!
Thanks for sending me your ideas for new printables. Keep them coming! And remember to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page and consider becoming a member with a monthly pledge. Happy printing!
