Medical Forms

With the latest additions to FreePrintableMedicalForms.com, the site has surpassed 605 health and medical forms. There are charts, forms, journals, and other printables for medical offices and use at home or in schools. This is one of my most useful sites, and I’m especially pleased with the new items.

The new medical charts and medication forms include: a lab results request, a monthly medication schedule, and a multi-stage treatment schedule.

There are new journals, trackers, and logs for: bathroom activity, COPD symptoms, cream application, headaches, oximeter readings, scheduled eye drops, and weekly and monthly vitals flow sheets.

New wallet cards alert people to specific allergies and conditions, and print with several on each sheet. FreePrintableMedicalForms.com also has standard medical information wallet cards.

Also new are: a colorful Snellen eye chart, a Jaeger eye chart, a pediatric eye chart, and color blind test pictures.

FreePrintableMedicalForms.com also has exercise and weight loss charts, food and nutrition forms, logs for people with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, veterinary and animal forms, and more.

The medical forms complement the selection at BusinessFormTemplate.com, which has more than 1,500 business forms, bills of sale, letters, invoice templates, and too many other printables to list.

You can download and print anything at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com free as a PDF to write on in pen or pencil. If you want the flexibility of customizing the form, a DOC (Microsoft Word) version is available for $3.99 apiece. If you expect to need more than a few forms, opt for the $47 all-in-one-download of the entire medical forms collection.

Popular Printables

I recently added new stuff to PrintablePaper.net, which has more than 1,800 papers and other items to instantly download and print. This week, I took a look at which printables are being downloaded the most.

Many of the Top 15 most-downloaded items have been site favorites since 2008: college- and wide-ruled paper, graph paper, dot paper, and blank check registers.

A blank comic page with big start and big end panels is downloaded a lot, as is a battleship game. A monthly budget is also popular.

PrintablePaper.net has music paper, crafting paper, penmanship paper, 3D paper, brochures, and other specialty paper. There’s a free version of everything item. Some printables, such as score sheets, budgets, and games, are free as PDFs or a few dollars for an editable DOC version.
