The Banner Bonanza Edition
|
It is officially summer and I am officially ready for it. If you’re ready for new printables, and a brand-new site, you’ve come to the right place. Read on!
I recently added new banners to PrintableBanners.net with all kinds of messages you can print and display,
from Happy Summer to Super Sale. Plus, my new site, PaperSizeReference.com, is tangentially related to printables in that it instantly displays paper sizes and visually compares them with one another. Please take a minute to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page.
There, you can make a pledge that will help me create even more new printables. Thank
you! | |

The newest banners at PrintableBanners.net cover everything from family celebrations to business announcements. Save time and print one of the 327 pre-designed banners, or use the custom banner maker to create your own message. The banners download instantly, free.
The new seasonal and holiday banners include a USA! USA! USA! banner, and you can also celebrate Anzac Day, Australia Day, Boxing Day, and Labour Day (with a u). For schools, there’s a 100th Day classroom banner.
There’s now a set of celebration banners for babies, such as My First Birthday, as well as banners to celebrate each month of age. These are perfect for photo projects; just set Baby in front of the
banner.
Many of the new business banners are especially for retail sales such as percentages off, Clearance, Seasonal Sale, Final Sale, Thanksgiving Sale, and New Arrivals.
The banner’s message is spelled out letter by letter, and each letter is big and bold so it takes up an entire sheet of paper. Just download, print, and then assemble your banner
by taping it to a wall, stringing the pages together, or any other method you choose.
The free banner maker at PrintableBanners.net makes it easy to create your own custom banner. You can choose from various text colors, fonts, and style (filled or ink-saving
outline). Then just click to download and
print.

A handy new website called PaperSizeReference.com instantly displays paper sizes and even visually compares sizes with one another. It’s a convenient resource for graphic designers, crafters, companies that do business internationally, and so on. Just choose a paper size from the drop-down menu and see the size overlaid
on a letter-size sheet.
The site also displays the standard and dimensions of the width and height in both millimeters and inches. The standards include American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Architects Standard (Arch), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), United Kingdom (UK), and United States (US).
For example, if you choose A5 paper, you’ll see that it’s ISO standard and its dimensions are 148mm by 210 mm or 5.8 inches by 8.3 inches. Then, click to compare A5 paper to any of the dozens of paper sizes covered at the site.
Other helpful sites I’ve developed in the
last year include WhatIsThepH.com for seeing the pH of various acids, bases and common substances. Plus, there are several math resources: AsAFraction.com for fractions, AsAPercent.com for percentages and SimplifyFractions.com for simplifying fractions. Please keep sending me your ideas. And remember to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page and considering becoming a member with a monthly pledge. Thanks and happy
printing!
