The Job Hunt Edition
A couple of weeks ago, I told you about the dozens of new resume template designs at InstantResumeTemplates.com. This week, I’ve added new curriculum vitae templates to CVTemplates.net. The response the resumes was so positive that I’m including a roundup of job-related resources in this issue of the FreePrintable.net newsletter. There are cover letters, letters of recommendation, letters of intent, and more.

Please take a moment the FreePrintable.net Patreon page and consider setting up a monthly pledge that will aid in the creation of even more free printables.
CV Templates
In addition to the 332 sample resumes at InstantResumeTemplates.com, there are more than 150 curriculum vitae templates at CVTemplates.net. The distinction between resumes and CVs is that, in general, CVs are more common in the academic world and in Europe. Both sites are a helpful resource whether you’re looking to advance your career, pursue a degree, or simply share information about your credentials and history.

All of the sample CV templates are free to download, edit, and print. They are designed in easy-to-read formats so all you need to do is type over the placeholder text with your own information. Some are arranged to highlight skills while others are similar to traditional chronological or functional resumes.

Some of the CV templates are designed for specific professional positions such as lawyers, medical professionals, human resources managers, office workers, and artists.

The newest additions include: CVs with colorful headers and sidebars, versions with room for a photo, and two-column CVs. There are also versions that have a more horizontal appearance. A lot of eye-catching, though professional, designs have been added to the mix.

All of the templates are free for use in your job search and download instantly in DOC format so you can type into them in Microsoft Word or another compatible program.
Job Hunt Resources
Printables are especially handy when you’re looking to advance your career, and the selection of job-related printables at the FreePrintable.net sites go beyond the resume templates at InstantResumeTemplates.com and CV templates at CVTemplates.net.

You’ll find sample cover letters at CoverLetterExamples.net, ready to be customized for your own situation. There are general as well as position-specific letter templates.

At LettersOfRecommendation.net and CharacterReferenceLetters.com you’ll find dozens of sample letters of recommendation and character reference letters for an array of professions. One of my newest sites, LettersOfIntent.co, has templates for letters of intent relating to accepting a new job, continuing employment, and a few other situations.

FreePrintableBusinessCards.net has hundreds of business cards to download and print, free with the site URL on them or $3 for a version that allows the URL to be removed. If you’re negotiating the type of job that requires a contract, check out PrintableContracts.com.

On the flip side, if you’re leaving a job head to ResignationLetters.biz for sample resignation letters.
There’s a free version of all the printables!

Please send me your ideas for new printables! And remember to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page and consider becoming a member with a monthly pledge. Thanks and happy printing!
