The Looking Ahead Edition
|
Whew! A new year is almost upon us. I celebrated the last week of December by visiting a chocolate factory with my family. Deliciousness!
I have new medical forms to announce at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com, a large batch of medical charts,
journals, charts, and logs that range from medical office forms to printables for school nurses. FreePrintableMedicalForms.com has 555 forms altogether, for home or in health care settings.
Also, this issue of the newsletter includes a roundup of the calendars and planners you need to get a jump on 2018.
As your year wraps up, please take a minute to visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon
page and consider setting up a monthly pledge that supports the creation of even more free printables. Thanks so much for your support this year, whether you’ve donated via Patreon or spread the word about my printables to your friends, family, and
colleagues. | |

There’s a new doctor appointment journal for tracking visits as a patient or caregiver. The new medical charts include a return to school form. New authorizations include letters and forms allowing for billing or administration of medicine as well as notices clarifying to a school or employer whether a patient is contagious.
New signs are designed for doctors’ offices and hospitals, including notices relating to cell phone use, waiting room noise level, whether personal checks are accepted, and where to dispose of “sharps” (or not). Other signs can be placed on a door or window; they’re great temporary fixes while awaiting commercially
produced metal signage. You’ll find illustrated and/or bold signs that state: Acupuncture, Health & Wellness Center, Nursing Room, Therapist, X-Ray Room, and Reception (with and without directional arrows). There’s also an illustrated hand washing technique sign.
There are new wallet cards alerting people to asthma and its symptoms. (This category also has allergy alert cards, mini medication information forms, and alerts for people with diabetes.)
A new type of printable at the site is sheets of labels for patient waiting rooms and storage areas. You know how you’ll
be waiting for the doctor and the cabinets or containers have hand-written or “label maker” style labels? My new printables have wording in bold type, sometimes with a graphic, for supplies such as cotton balls, rubbing alcohol, and hydrogen peroxide.
The selection at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com complements my business forms site, BusinessFormTemplate.com.
Download and print anything at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com free as a PDF you can write upon. If you’d like to customize the form, a DOC (Microsoft Word) version is available for $3.99 apiece. If you expect to use many of the forms, the $47 all-in-one-download of the medical forms
collection is a time- and money-saver.

Any day is a good day for a fresh start, but Jan. 1 is a popular time to recommit to getting organized. Accordingly, I made sure that Printable2018calendars.com was ready to go with dozens of 2018 calendar designs, all free to download and print. Plus, you’ll find weekly
planners at PrintablePlanners.net and to do lists at PrintableToDoList.com.
Printable2018calendars.com has basic monthly calendars (download a month or entire year at a time) as well as a wide selection of specialty designs ranging from mini calendars to large print versions. Other styles have two, three, or four months on each page.
Several of the most popular designs are those that display the entire year on one page. There are both horizontal and vertical versions, grids, shaded weekends, Monday start dates, holidays in red, and pages with room for notes.
There’s also a vertical list calendar, bookmarks, desktop computer border calendars, a
colorful calendar, a “cute” scalloped design, a foldable calendar, scrapbooking calendars, and a wallet calendar with eight mini calendars on each sheet.
Printable2018calendars.com also has academic calendars for both 2017-2018 and 2018-19, plus horizontal and vertical weekly calendars and colorful weekly calendar with spaces for morning, afternoon, and night.
For those of you who are looking ever further to the future, I’ve launched Printable2019calendars.com with several of the most popular 2019 calendar designs. To print free calendars for every year from 1800 to 2099, visit RocketCalendar.com. PrintablePaper.net also has undated monthly and weekly calendars.
PrintablePlanners.net is the place to go for printable refills for planners, whether you prefer “old-school” ringed datebooks or are part of the scrapbooking-style planner craze. There are 10 datebook refill sizes to choose from, plus dozens of standalone planner pages, schedules, and trackers.
Always popular are the five- and 10-year journals that are designed for you to jot down a few lines of memories for each date, year after year. The planners are free as PDFs, or $4 per design for an editable version (or pay $9 for an entire set of one
refill size pages.)
PrintableToDoList.com has dozens of to-do lists and checklists, both simple and complex, for home, school, and the office.
Thanks again for sending me your ideas. Please keep those emails coming in the new year. Please remember to take a look at the FreePrintable.net Patreon page and consider becoming a member with a monthly pledge. Thanks and happy printing!
