I'll just launch right into what's new this week: free printable banners. Banners are great for big events as well as the more mundane things in life, such as yard sales and car washes. They’re a simple, efficient way of getting attention, and these banners can be customized with a variety of colors and fonts.

Like everything at PrintableBanners.net, the new banners are all free to download and print. Or, generate your own free banners with the site’s custom banner maker.

Banners

The new banners to PrintableBanners.net run the gamut in terms of events, announcements, and celebrations. They’ll save you time and money when you need to amplify something. There are now nearly 300 banners from which to choose. If you don’t see exactly what you need, use the custom banner maker to create your own message. Just like all of the banners at the site, the banner maker is free.

I’ve added new seasonal and holiday banners, including for Christmas trees and pumpkin patches. Plus, there are now banners announcing special events and celebrations such as: fundraiser, raffle, improv night, open mic night, casino night, pub crawl, wine tasting, pancake feed, and spaghetti feed.

New information banners include: returns, ticket counter, waiting room, coat check, information desk, and donations. You’ll also find voter registration and “vote here” banners.

Other new banners read: now hiring, gifts, exhibits, and jamboree. There are 27 new banners in all.

PrintableBanners.net also has church banners, business banners, birthday banners, and banners for classrooms.

Each message is spelled out letter by letter, one letter per page. Simply print and then assemble the banner by taping it to a wall or stringing the pages together.

With the custom banner maker, you can choose from various text colors, fonts, and styles. (For example, go for the bold look of filled letters or save ink by printing outlines only.)

In the coming months, I predict that holiday printables will rule the day. Ahead of the rush, I decided to take a look at what’s most popular at my to do lists site.

The most-downloaded printable there is a simple lined checklist. Also hot is a “My To-Do List” with a gray border and room to add a date for each task.

Complex to do lists are popular, too, such as a detailed weekly cleaning checklist.

Also among the Top 15 most-downloaded printables at the site are: two blank checklists per page, a Things to Do Today List, a task list with due dates, several daily plans, a colorful student planner, a “to do, to call, to get” list, a “who, what, when” list, and a colorful list with the ability to track tasks in 15-minute increments.

All of the lists are free to download and print in either PDF or editable DOC (Microsoft Word) format.
