I hope you’re all well and safe out there! Here at FreePrintable.net World Headquarters (AKA Portland, OR), my kids are about to head back to school. I have to admit that as much as I’ve enjoyed family time this summer, I do like the routine of the academic year.
My sites have literally thousands of printables for teachers,
homeschooling parents, and students. I’ve just added a batch of new back-to-school printables to TeachersPrintables.net. There are also new writing prompts at
FreeWritingPrompts.net.
Please visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page and consider a monthly donation. Your help there ensures that I can bring you even more free printables. Thanks so much! | |

There’s a free option for each
printable at the site, making TeachersPrintables.net a smart choice for teachers, homeschooling parents, and students on a budget or in a time crunch. The printables download instantly in DOC or PDF format.
The just-added classroom printables include two
sets of “first day of school” signs. They read “My first day of…” preschool, kindergarten, or a grade level. Kids can hold these up for a traditional back-to-school photo, or you can use them on classroom doors or elsewhere. One design looks like chalk on a chalkboard and the other has a scroll on which to handwrite a child’s name or the year.
I’ve also added two new report card designs, a homework form with room to write in an excuse, and a makeup homework form, There are new behavior-related classroom management forms, including a progress report, a daily behavior report, and points-based trackers.
Again, everything at TeachersPrintables.net is free to download and print individually. Or, you can opt for an affordable classroom or whole-school license ($27 or $67, respectively) that lets educators pay to download the entire collection for use again and again.
For even more school-related printables, be sure to check out InstantWorksheets.net for more than 1,200 free worksheets and homework
forms. You’ll find free maps at PrintableWorldMap.net. Award certificates for all kinds of academic achievements are included at FreePrintableCertificates.net. Head to PrintablePaper.net to print lined paper, graph paper, penmanship paper, and specialty paper. For a student planner or individual planner pages, PrintablePlanners.net is the place to be. Checklists are at PrintableToDoList.com.

Rounding out this week’s new school-related printables
is a fresh batch of writing prompts I’ve added to FreeWritingPrompts.net. There are now 117 prompts for everyone from young children up through college level. The prompts can be used by anyone who wants to spark creative writing or essays.
The newest prompts include historical
fiction prompts for all grade levels and writing prompts based on quotations. There are also “list” prompts for middle school, high school, and college meant to jog ideas relating to provided terms or topics. Another new writing prompt provides the theme and questions for an expository essay on bullying.
FreeWritingPrompts.net also has persuasive writing topics, journal prompts, and other
inspiration.
You’ll find comparative writing prompts on a variety of subjects, literature essay prompts, narrative prompts, holiday-themed prompts, and more.
Everything at the site is free to download and print in editable DOC form, or simply cut and paste the text directly from the
site.
Please keep sending me your ideas for new printables. They’re so helpful as I decide what to add next. And please check out the FreePrintable.net Patreon page and consider becoming a
member. Thanks and happy printing!
