My grocery lists site FreePrintableGroceryList.com has more than two dozen new additions this week to help you get organized whether you’re shopping or prepping meals.
The specialty grocery lists category has been so popular that I’ve added even more lists based on diets based on health conditions or food sensitivities such as IBS or GI tract issues. I’ve also added some food lists, including glycemic index information and a sample “exchange” list for people with diabetes.
There are several new substitutions lists to print out for easy reference when you need to swap out an ingredient while baking or cooking, whether you’re dealing with food allergies and dietary restrictions, are hosting gluten-free or vegan guests, or
just ran out of something in your pantry.
There are sample lists with suggested quantities for two, three, or five people. Plus, I’ve added a “what’s in the fridge” guide to help avoid spoilage and food waste.
New blank grocery lists now include sheets with three, four, or six little lists on one page. These are handy when you’re just making a quick trip to the store (versus a giant shopping trip such as the kind my Master Grocery List can help with).
You’ll also
find: a meal cost analysis, a dining out and grocery costs tracker, and a freezer meals menu planner. Everything at the site is free to download and print in PDF or DOC form.
Please keep sending me your ideas for new printables. And visit the FreePrintable.net Patreon page to consider becoming a member. Happy printing!
