I’m back in the middle of a (virtual) pile of printables after a
lovely Thanksgiving week with friends and family. We were out and about quite a bit but I also did some relaxing, practiced the piano, and watched our pets argue over who gets the best spot on the couch.
The newest additions to the FreePrintable.net sites are an array of legal forms at LegalPleadingTemplate.com as well as letters of reference at CharacterReferenceLetters.com. Be sure to tell your friends and colleagues about specific FreePrintable.net sites that might interest
them. | |

The 24 new legal forms at LegalPleadingTemplate.com include several court
petitions and declarations, docket-related forms, and forms relating to jury trials.
There are petitions for child and adult adoptions, a declaration for minor emancipation, paternity-related templates, and custody agreements. For judges, judicial assistants, and law clerks, I’ve added a docket control order as well as a few other administrative forms for court.
Lawyers preparing for trial, or even students involved in mock trials, can make use of the document request letter, exhibit list, jury instructions template, jury voir dire questionnaire and notes, jury selection pool seating
chart, trial deadlines form, and witness list.
LegalPleadingTemplate.com has grown a lot since I launched it with legal pleading paper back in 2008. There’s still a broad selection of
pleading paper with varying numbered lines and rule marks to suit the specifications of different courts. There’s also a category of pleading paper for states and territories.
There are now 299
printables at the site, and they include forms for law offices, notary public
forms, and pretty much any form of use to attorneys, law students, and people representing themselves in court.
The selection at LegalPleadingTemplate.com is broad and handy, but be sure to consult an attorney if you need one. These forms are no substitute for legal advice.
You can
download any of the forms in PDF or, most cases, DOC (Microsoft Word) format instantly for free. A recently added option is the ability to conveniently download the entire legal forms collection for $99. This saves time over downloading forms and pleading paper one at a time, and users can then store the organized
collection of PDF and editable DOC forms on their desktop computer.

Last week, I told you about the new templates at my recommendation letters site, LettersOfRecommendation.net. It’s mostly (but not completely) focused on professional and academic matters. But I have another site, CharacterReferenceLetters.com, that covers issues ranging from employment to legal matters to dating. I’ve added 16 new character reference letters and testimonials to the site, along with several articles with tips on letter-writing.
CharacterReferenceLetters.com is ideal for those cases when you’ve been asked to vouch for someone but aren’t sure how to get started on wording. Any of the letters at this site are free to download and alter for
your own use in personal or business dealings.
New letter templates are now available from an employer, from a family member, and from anyone willing to attest to “good moral character.” The new testimonials help the writer vouch for a couples counselor, a dating site, or a midwife. There’s also a fill-in-the-blanks reference letter.
The new court-related character reference letters cover criminal offenses, appeals for restoration of a driver’s license, divorces, sobriety-related matters, and more.
The new articles address character reference etiquette, opening and closing statements, what not to include, and other topics.
These 188 letters complement the selection at LettersOfRecommendation.net. If your character reference needs are in relation to job-hunting, you may want to also check out the resume templates at InstantResumeTemplates.com and the sample cover letters at CoverLetterExamples.net. They’re all free.
Everything at CharacterReferenceLetters.com is free, too. Just download a letter’s DOC file and open and edit it in Microsoft Word or another compatible program. Or, simply cut and paste the text
directly from the site.
Please keep sending me your ideas for new
printables in the new year and beyond. Happy printing!
