This week’s new additions are all about business. As a small business owner,
running FreePrintable.net and FaxZero.com from my home office, I often need a quick form, log, or other work-related record-keeping tool and I don’t want to change out of my jammies and go to the office supply store. That’s where printables come in, saving time, money, and the need to put on grown-up clothes.
This week I’ve added 24 new cash receipts to PrintableCashReceipts.com as well as 24 new time cards to PrintableTimeCards.com. | |

I’m glad I decided to make a site dedicated entirely to cash receipts. It’s a very specific need, but it’s one a lot of small business owners have. Since its launch in 2008, PrintableCashReceipts.com has grown to include 229 blank cash receipt templates. I added two dozen more last week, in part thanks to site user requests, and the new receipts range from simple, classic sales slips to complex, industry-specific forms.
There are new car and house down payment receipts along with itemized receipts for restaurants and security and bank deposits. The new business receipts for specific industries include a contractor receipt and a deli receipt and there are also new rent receipts for security
deposits.
There’s a holding receipt, receipts for music lessons, a refund receipt, a receipt with a barcode, a teacher reimbursement receipt, a textbook loan receipts, and a yearbook receipt.
I’ve added sheets of “mini” receipts (six or nine per page) that would be great for eBay or Etsy sales, sales ventures, craft fairs, and other quick deals. Plus, there’s now a sheet of
numbered receipts with red and blue colors similar to what’s found in a book of tear-out receipts. Pictured in the newsletter this week is a totally retro vintage receipt, perfect for general stores, crafts, and the like.
For even more business forms to print from your home or office, check out
the huge selection at sister site BusinessFormTemplate.com.
You can download and print anything at PrintableCashReceipts.com for free in PDF format. If you’d like to be able to customize a receipt, opt for the $7 DOC version that you can type into in Microsoft Word, adding a business name and other
details.

I recently told you about the two dozen new timesheets at PrintableTimesheets.net , where you’ll find monthly and weekly timesheets with complex variations and the ability to calculate not only pay but also bonuses, breaks, overtime, and other elements of work life. Now, I’ve added two dozen new templates to PrintableTimeCards.com, which has 139 time cards that
are generally more straight-forward and simple, and thus perfect for small businesses or freelancers.
The new batch
includes time cards with the ability to track commissions over various time periods as well as long time cards that mimic old-school manila punch cards.
I’ve also added some cute time cards for children. These are fun for keeping track of chores and getting
young people used to the idea of equating work time with money or other compensation (such as screen time). Another cool addition is some sets of stickers (print them on adhesive paper) that can be used to mark the time clocked in and out.
The time cards are free in PDF form, or $7 per design for a DOC version you can edit to your specifications in Microsoft Word or another compatible
program.
Keep sending me your ideas for new printables as well as other feedback. Thanks and happy printing!
