My family was among the crowd at last Saturday’s playoff game between the Portland Trailblazers and the Los Angeles Clippers. We were rocking our “Rip City” caps and cheered the Oregon home team on to a 96-88 win. Our 9-year-old cheered especially loudly, so we take partial credit for that win.
Meanwhile, this week, I’ve added 50
new worksheets to InstantWorksheets.net. Plus, there are 30 new borders at
PageBorders.net. | |

Quiz: Where can you download and print 1,195 educational worksheets free? Answer: My site, InstantWorksheets.com, a go-to place for teachers and homeschooling parents alike. I’ve just added 50 more
worksheets to the collection.
The newest additions to InstantWorksheets.net include Spanish and ESL worksheets focused on tenses, verb conjugation, vowels, and weather vocabulary. Most are intended for elementary or high
school students.
There are also a lot of new spelling worksheets for young children, with word prompts and “penmanship paper” style lines on which to practice writing each list of words. And there are new
worksheets on which to practice writing numbers.
Other new worksheets include: a school survey bar graph, tally charts, prefix practice, a list of commonly confused words, illustrated matching guides of famous scientists and African Americans, and several reading comprehensive quizzes.
While all the worksheets are absolutely free for anyone to print in both PDF and editable DOC form, there is also a membership option, which, for $4 per month, lets users view the site without advertisements and also opens up access to the custom math worksheet generator.
It’s a cool tool that lets you input information to create sets of math problems (addition, subtraction, division, or fractions).

I’ve added 30 new borders to PageBorders.net, and the site now has 769 designs to
download and print. These borders are all very flexible because they are available in a variety of file formats and can be used as stationery, for flyers, or even as frames for drawings or signs.
PageBorders.net has both informal
and formal page borders, but this latest batch of additions is mostly cute, colorful designs. There are borders with happy-faced, Kawaii-style images of electronic games, an old-school cassette tape, bubbles and wand set, drums, and a tube of lipstick.
I’ve also added some new animal and nature borders with big-eyed fish, cute sea life, a turtle, and a dolphin. Other new borders include pink footprints, circus fun, a tropical beach, a U.S. flag design, and rock music.
There are now 769 borders at PageBorders.net. You can download any of them for free in the following formats: DOC (Microsoft Word), PDF, PNG, and JPG. If you’re a graphic designer type person who owns Adobe Illustrator or an
open-source counterpart that can read AI files, you can purchase the AI version for $7 and edit and alter the border however you’d like.
I have lots of new printables coming to share with
you for Mother’s Day, graduation, and beyond. I need your ideas for what to add this summer, so please drop me an email. Happy printing!
