The 10th Anniversary Edition
|
This issue of the
FreePrintable.net newsletter is very special, because it’s the 10th anniversary edition. Yes, I’ve been sending out these email updates almost every single week since 2006. And some of you have been receiving it all that time! Whether you’re a new subscriber, or a printables fan from way back, please know that I appreciate your support more than I can say. During the last 10 years, FreePrintable.net has grown to include 99 sites and nearly 40,000 printables, all with versions that are free to
download and print. It kind of blows my mind. Thanks so much!
Every week, I add new printable goodness to sites in the FreePrintable.net family. This week, there are 30 new flyers at PrintableFlyerTemplates.net and 24 new contracts at PrintableContracts.com. | |

When you need a flyer for a party or business event, have an item for sale, or have found or lost something, PrintableFlyerTemplates.net is the place to go. Sure, you can make your own flyer from
scratch, but who has time for that? These templates are ready to use and are absolutely free to download and print in either PDF or customizable DOC format.
The 30 new flyers include new, illustrated lost and found flyers that print in full color for extra impact. (Of course, you can always print them in black and white to save ink if you’d like).
There are flyers for a found purse, lost keys, a flyer
seeking a lost bird, an announcement of found keys, and versions with red letters reading: Reward. There’s even a flyer for a lost stuffed animal, with a space for a picture of the missing toy.
There are also new school and event flyers to let people know about marching band auditions, the science fair, or tryouts for basketball, football, soccer, or cheerleading tryouts.
New sale flyers alert passersby to a clothing swap, and I’ve added a haunted house flyer and a poker tournament announcement.
With these new additions, there are now 284 flyers at PrintableFlyerTemplates.net. They range from simple handbills to detailed real estate flyers. Some designs feature tear-off strips upon which you can write or type a phone number, web address, or other contact information that people can take along with them. Each of the flyers downloads instantly in PDF or DOC format.

If you’re looking for contracts and agreements, PrintableContracts.com is the place to go. The site has 377 templates covering areas from sales and real estate contracts to professional services and jobs to warranties and liability releases. There are even personal agreements as well as
will and inheritance documents.
The two dozen new contracts cover specialized rental agreements, workplace policies, and several business partnership agreements, among other topics.
Other new, specific templates include:
a mechanic’s lien, a demolition agreement, a layaway contract, a retention agreement, breach of contract documents, an exclusivity contract, and a agreement allowing a writer to use an artist’s lyrics in a book or other work.
The site also has printable “contracts with kids,” which are not so much legal documents as they are agreements regarding behavior, safety, cell phone use, and various responsibilities for young children and
teens.
Everything at the site is free to download in DOC format so you can customize the text in Microsoft Word or another compatible program. (Or, simply copy and paste the wording directly from the website.) But remember, the sample contracts at PrintableContracts.com are no substitute for legal
advice.
Again, thank you so much for your support, whether you’ve been reading the FreePrintable.net newsletter for 10 years or 10 minutes. Please send me your ideas for new stuff! Happy printing.
