The Everything Edition

I’m thrilled that many of you have already purchased my first printed activity book, the coloring book for grownups! I’m sure your friends and family will be happy to see the Floral Coloring Book among their gifts this holiday season. Coloring is fun and relaxing for all ages, as so many have discovered. This book is a portable 6 by 9 inches in size. I also offer coloring pages at AdultColoringPages.net. I’ve also got new printables! This week, I added new charts, family trees, certificates, and more that will work with the open-source programs OpenOfficeTemplates.com and LibreOfficeTemplates.net. Plus, there are two dozen new medical forms at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com.

OpenOffice Templates

The OpenOffice and LibreOffice programs are an affordable alternative to Microsoft Word, and I know that many FreePrintable.net users prefer them for that among other reasons. So, even though many of the DOC-compatible printables at my various sites open just fine in those programs, a few years ago I decided to have some of the most popular designs recreated as .ODT and .ODS files. Enter OpenOfficeTemplates.com and LibreOfficeTemplates.net.

The new additions include business printables such as a time card and expense report. Plus, you’ll find flyers, letterhead, and invoices.

There are also new templates for home, including several weekly planning pages and a grocery list. I’ve added new medical forms: a vet health record, a fitness tracker, and more.

New teachers printables include a reading achievement certificate and a behavior report to parents.

Each site now has over 200 printables created especially for OpenOffice and LibreOffice.

New Medical Forms

I’ve added 24 new forms, medical charts, and health-related printables to FreePrintableMedicalForms.com.

There’s an acupuncture intake form with body outlines, a HIPAA disclosure form, a pain level chart in large-print format, a mole map for dermatology use, a sleep study form, vitamin trackers, and a pill identification chart. The new medication forms and home health care logs include a night urination log and medicine trackers for specific conditions or diseases.

New wallet-sized cards include foldable sets with information about autism, pet emergencies, and needs after weight loss surgery.

You’ll find new eating and fitness trackers such as a large-print exercise log, food journal, and weight loss tracker. Among the new printables for babies and children is a tooth eruption chart.

There are also new pet medical forms and livestock trackers for the veterinary category, including breeding logs and calving registers.

Everything at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com is free to download and print in PDF form, or $3.99 per design for a DOC version that can be edited and customized in Microsoft Word or another compatible program. Or, purchase the entire medical forms collection in one convenient download.

And Hanukkah started this week; I have lots of printables for the Jewish holiday as well, including gift tags and coloring pages.

Popular Printables

Holidays make me think of family and family makes me think of family trees. (Smooth transition, eh?) Regardless, this week I took a look at what’s most popular at my site that has more than 100 family trees and genealogy charts to download and print.

The most-download item at the site is a blank, three-generation family tree with a full-color tree in the background. It’s a simple, straightforward design and I can see why people like it so much.

The second most popular printable is a five-generation family tree with room to write (or type, with the premium DOC version) vital statistics such as birth, marriage, and death dates of the people listed.

Many site users want to follow their family tree a long way back, judging from the popularity of the 10-generation family tree. Also downloaded a lot is a colorful family tree for kids with a smiling tree image.

The Top 15 also includes specialty family trees such as one with room to list cousins. Also popular are ancestry charts and sheets for genealogy research, such as a family unit history form.

There’s a free version of everything at my family trees site. In most cases, there’s also an editable DOC available as a premium purchase for $4.
