This week, I celebrated my 21st wedding anniversary. My
wife observed that “our marriage can drink booze.” Then we proceeded to take the kids to a children’s museum and then a deli meal. It may not have been the most romantic way to spend the day, but we had a great time all the same!

Thanks to brainstorming, research, and user suggestions, there are 25 new sample contracts and agreements at PrintableContracts.com and the site now has 353 contracts from which to choose.
Besides employment, event, service, and real estate contracts, PrintableContracts.com has a sample will and related documents as well as agreements relating to debts and loans. There’s also a category for personal relationship agreements such as roommate rules and marriage-related documents. A relatively new addition to the site is warranties
of various kinds. There’s also a new section for liability releases and various permissions. You’ll also find templates for agreements with children, most focusing on behavior, or privileges such as cell phone use.
The newest contracts and agreements include: an
authorization to release information, a bill of sale, a car rental agreement, an inventions assignment form, a model release, a month-to-month rental contract, permission to reprint or reuse intellectual property, a sports team contract, student behavior and performance contracts, a vehicle lease, and a volunteer contract.
The site also has several articles on type of contracts, how to write a contract, breach of contract, selling
something with a contract, and more.
Everything at PrintableContracts.com is absolutely free to download, alter, and print. You can type directly into a DOC form, or, if you don’t have Microsoft Word or another compatible program, simply cut and paste the text directly from the site.
One caveat: the documents at PrintableContracts.com are for informational purposes only
and not intended to replace the advice of an attorney.

I’m pretty excited to announce that there are now nearly 4,000 signs at PrintableSigns.net, a site I launched back in 2008. I’ve steadily expanded the site
to include everything from basic traffic signs and safety signs to school, recycling, and party signs, plus many more categories of signs and placards for business and personal use.
The recent addition of new printable signs includes a variety of food allergy information signs, dressing room signs, and Laundromat signs. Some of the new signs address relatively new restriction sign needs,
such as a No Vaping sign and a sign forbidding “selfie sticks.”
There are new business signs to note when someone will return, as well as a Conference Call: Do Not Disturb sign. I’ve also added a sign to note how many days it’s been since
a work accident. There’s a very important, illustrated sign warning people not to leave dogs in hot cars. And you’ll also find a “no campaigning” sign, new restroom signs, a “Visitors Must Sign In” notice, and many more.
Each of the signs is free to download and print as a PDF. Or, if you’d like to customize the sign before printing (typing in business hours, company or organization names, and
so on), there’s a premium DOC option for just $1.99 per sign.
Thanks for your ideas for new printables. Please keep those emails coming, and happy printing!
