You Rule Edition
This week, I’m unveiling a brand-new site: PrintableRulers.net. It has 20 printable rulers in various sizes and formats, ready to download and print for free. You don’t know how long I’ve been working on this site. (Get it? Ha ha!)

Besides the rulers, I’ve got a couple dozen new planners at PrintablePlanners.net that will help you get organized for the summer and beyond.
Printable Rulers
As the site’s motto says, “measure for measure,” these are the best free rulers out there. PrintableRulers.net is my newest site, ideal for teachers, graphic designers, crafters, and anyone who needs to measure something. There’s no need to hunt down that elusive wooden ruler or rarely used specialty measuring tool when you can just print one out, free, any time.

Besides standard 12-inch rulers that measure in varying increments starting at 1/32, there are metric rulers and rulers specifically for the classroom that print seven per page to save paper and money.

You’ll also find a large print specialty ruler, and there are measurement-based drawing tools including T-squares and triangles, plus page layout tools with pica and point measurements. There's even a yardstick you can cut out and piece together end-to-end.

The hobbyist rulers category contains an HO-scale ruler for model trains and the like. Additionally, there’s a pocket-sized ruler (eight “credit cards” on one sheet) for measuring on the go.

These free rulers print in PDF format, and measure correctly when printed at 100 percent. I’ll be adding to this site in the future, so please let me know which measuring tools you need in your arsenal.
Printable Planners
Have planning to do? The newest additions to PrintablePlanners.net include resources for gardening, camping, remodeling, family gatherings, and more.

The new planner forms include: health-related planners, a planner for one’s assistant, a business agenda, a large print planner, and an editorial calendar for blogs and publications.

I’ve also added new daily planner pages, including two with space on which to track drinking water intake. There’s also a planner page divided by task categories with the simple motivational statement “Do It” at the top.

The site also has student planners, journals (including the popular 10-year journal), and many other pages and papers.

There are now 460 planner pages at PrintablePlanners.net, the cornerstone of which is collections of daily planners in six popular day planner sizes, from pocket to desktop planners. Ring holes are indicated for punching, and each set is $9 per size. (Or, print pages individually in PDF format for free). All of the planner pages have a free PDF version for printing out and writing upon in pen, and a DOC version that can be typed into using Microsoft Word or another compatible program before printing is $4 each.

Thanks so much for sending me your ideas for new printables, and for the birthday wishes. Happy printing!
