Post-Birthday Edition
I had another birthday! They just keep coming, same time every year. We went out for French toast for breakfast, and later my wife is making me cherry pie for dessert. So, food!

I still got plenty of work done during Birthday Week. I added a bunch of new coloring pages to FreePrintableColoringPages.net, perfect for those summer “Mom, I’m bored” moments. The new sheets at BibleColoringPages.org would be great for vacation Bible schools. And be sure to check out the new printable lists at PrintableToDoList.com.
Coloring Pages
It was my 40-something-or-other birthday this week, and let me tell you, when I was a kid we didn’t have all these handheld gaming devices and DVD players for car trips. We had to make do with the alphabet game, roadside bingo, and our own disturbing ’70s-kid thoughts. Oh, and coloring pages. Those were fun.

Coloring pages are still a great way to keep kids entertained, whether on a road trip, at home, or while waiting at a restaurant or office. (Truth be told, I still enjoy coloring from time to time myself.) And I’ve just added 38 new coloring page activities, so there are now 4,330 sheets on the site, all free to download and print.

The newest additions to FreePrintableColoringPages.net include an assortment of hidden objects coloring pages, including several that use a technique whereby the design at first looks like a jumble of noodley lines, but once correctly colored in displays a hidden word or phrase such as: Thank You, Happy Father’s Day, I’m Sorry, or even Marry Me. (A proposal by coloring page sounds very romantic to me.)

Other new pages feature hidden animals such as a pig and a rabbit. These designs join the How to Draw and Find the Differences pages in rounding out this site. FreePrintableColoringPages.net also has thousands of coloring pages ranging in theme from holidays and the alphabet to animals and toys.

The new pages at BibleColoringPages.org include a complete, illustrated Bible alphabet along with two dozen Biblical scenes, from Jesus and the disciples to families at worship. There are now more than 500 Bible coloring pages at the site.

Each page downloads instantly, free, in easy-to-print PNG format.
Printable To Do Lists
Just in time for summer organizing, I’ve added new lists to PrintableToDoList.com. There are now 65 lists at the site, all free

The 25 new to do lists include a month-by-month birthday calendar as well as several “100 things” lists such as “100 Things I Love About You.” There are plenty of simple lists, too, including blank checklists and a to do list illustrated with a flower.

Other new lists include an hourly to do list, an emergency supplies checklist, a meeting to do list, a list for noting things to sell, and a sleep log to list hours and quality of rest.

PrintableToDoList.com has an array of complex to do lists, such as for cleaning or packing. Many are checklists you can mark off for that extra feeling of accomplishment. Plus, there are event and holiday to do lists.

The lists are free to download and print in either PDF form you can print out and write on in pen or pencil, or DOC format that you can type into before printing using Microsoft Word or another compatible program.

Please keep sending me your ideas for new printables! It’s what I want for my late birthday present. Happy printing!
