Last week I took a van full of second- and third-graders (including my
daughter) to a field trip to a farm. It was fun to see the kids' delight at seeing bee hives in action, and touching the tiny plants in great big greenhouses. I can now name the six parts of a plant, so I learned something too. Maybe there's a new printable worksheet about that the future :) I should create that before I forget some of the six.

With my recent addition of 24 new business forms, there are now 1,179 printables at BusinessFormTemplate.com, all of them absolutely free to download
and print.
This site has all kinds of forms, reports, letter templates, log sheets, bills of sale, and other printables. They’re great for small businesses, but also doing business as an individual or freelancer, or keeping track of household
finances, employment, and real estate or rental transactions.
The newest printables include several forms for use by offices, such as an account statement, accounts receivable ledger, budget revision request, equipment inventory, and a hazard assessment. The new human resources forms include a candidate evaluation, a disciplinary action form, an employee orientation checklist, and an employee separate form.
There’s also an appointment request form, an appointment change form, a computer fault tracker, a course syllabus, a film production report, an event production
schedule, a “decision tree” chart, and a payment tracker for clubs and organizations. Plus, there are two new styles of check register.
I’ve added an aquarium maintenance log for offices with fish friends. Like many of the forms at the site, that one
could also be useful in homes. The same is true for the new circuit breaker identification chart, comic book inventory, firearm inventory, and a geocaching log.
Everything at the site is free to download and in print. In almost all cases, the forms are in DOC format, so you can open and edit them in Microsoft Word or another compatible program.
If you’d like the convenience of having all 1,000-plus forms available in one download that you can save to your computer, the entire business forms collection is available for $47.

There are 50 new borders at PageBorders.net, many of them seasonal designs for graduation, summer, and upcoming holidays. The site has grown to 558 borders that can be used for stationery, flyers, and other purposes.
There are two new graduation borders featuring mortarboards
that would be great for graduation announcements, letters, or signs. I’ve also added 19 patriotic designs that are ideal for Independence Day celebrations. But these star, flag, and fireworks designs would also make good stationery or signs for political candidates seeking election.
You’ll find new vacation-themed borders with beach and travel icons, a farm border, several ocean and fish borders, flower borders, three cupcake border variations, art and computers borders, a footprint border, an owl border, and a border with hot air balloons. There are also new borders with Vegas-like slot machines, music notes, and school supplies.
The borders are available to download free in several formats, including PDF, PNG, JPG, and editable DOC. In many cases, there’s the option to purchase an editable Adobe Illustrator file for $7, which might interest those who wish to alter the border
artwork.
Thanks for sending me your ideas for new printables. Keep ’em coming! I have much more on the way. Happy printing!
