It’s catch-up time for me, after a whirlwind week that included business travel, houseguests, a holiday
get-together, and the eating of delicious foodstuffs (cheesecake!). Fortunately, I had some new printables ready to roll, and am sharing them with you today.
I’ve got 34 new family trees and assorted genealogy forms up at FamilyTreeTemplates.net, all set to
download and print. And, since I saw three live theater performances this week, it seems apropos that there are 25 new monologues at InstantMonologues.com.

There are 34 new family trees at FamilyTreeTemplates.net, ranging from simple multi-generation trees for school or home to complex ancestor charts for genealogy buffs.
I’ve added a seven-generation ancestor chart and a
pedigree chart with a tree graphic. There are new, illustrated bowtie family trees as well as a circle tree and fan charts. Among the family trees for kids, there are
colorable designs as well as a template for cutting out and placing small photos on the branches of a tree.
The new genealogy forms include a sheet for listing all children in a family, a cousins list, passenger arrival record, and
world and U.S. family migration charts. You’ll also find a family heirloom log, a family photo log, and a research checklist.
In addition, there are blank census forms replicating those that were used each decade from 1790 to 1930 (including the archaic official government terminology)
There are now
more than 100 trees at FamilyTreeTemplates.net, a site I started in 2008 and continue to add to every few months. And, because families come in all shapes and sizes, I have even more trees for so-called “non-traditional” families, including adoptive families, blended families, single parents, surrogate parents,
and two moms or two dads.
All of the family trees, charts, and forms are free to download and print as PDFs you can write upon. If you’d like to type into the form or tree before printing (adding names and dates and so on), most are available in DOC form for $4 per design.

InstantMonologues.com is one of my newer sites, but it already offers nearly 100 monologues for actors, most of them original works that you won’t find anywhere else. (There’s also a selection from classic
plays.)
These are truly top-notch monologues that can be used as stand-alone pieces for performance or in auditions. They’re all short scenes, and are formatted in the professional script style commonly used in the screen and stage worlds. Just download and print any monologue you would like.
I’ve added original monologues on themes such as “time,” “work,” “loneliness,” and “family” that can help a dramatic actor shine in an audition. There’s a new comedic monologue on the subject of social
media.
There are also classic monologues from plays such as Medea, Gerstenberg’s adaptation of Alice in Wonderland, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, Machiavelli’s The Mandrake, Pirates of Penzance, and several Shakespeare
plays.
Feel free to perform anything you find at InstantMonologues.com, without the need for royalties or licensing. The monologues download instantly in PDF or DOC format. Please keep those emails coming. I depend on your ideas to help me come up
with new printables and even entire new sites. Thanks and happy printing!
