Bonjour! I’m trying something new and offering calendars, and eventually some other printables, in languages other than English. I’ve already got CalendriersImprimables.com up and running. The site has many of my most popular calendar designs, but in the French language. Besides having the days and months translated into French (by a French speaker, not a computer program), I’ve made sure that the holidays included on the calendar are relevant to both natives of
France, parts of Canada and other nations as well as people with French heritage living in the United States. The calendars are also a helpful tool for students and others learning about the French language and culture. I’ve actually had a Spanish calendars site, CalendarioGratis.com, since 2009, and I finally decided it was time to
branch out even further.
I’ve got lots of new printables to announce this week as well, for two of my most popular sites. There are 32 new papers, including lots of score sheets, at PrintablePaper.net. And I’ve added a huge batch to PrintableSigns.net. There are 70 new signs in all.

With my addition this week of 70 new printables, PrintablePaper.net now has 1,538 papers to download and print.
Many of the new printables are score sheets. There’s a 20 Questions score sheet, a debate score sheet, a baseball lineup card, and score sheets for
Boggle, curling, archery, disc golf, horseshoes, kickball, and more, plus some tournament brackets. There are even a couple of scavenger hunt lists in full color, with illustrated items to find and check off. These sheets are a complement to the printable games also available at PrintablePaper.net. In fact, there are a few new games as well,
including a car trip game and car bingo.
The new printables also include distance grid paper (a specialty paper for recording the space between locations) and colored lined paper.
There are also several blank templates for various purposes, such as for laying out and designing business cards, place cards, postcards, round labels, and table tents (for advertising).
All of the
printables are free in at least one format. The papers are available in PDF format, but some are available as editable DOC files as well for Microsoft Word and other compatible programs. Some categories of DOC files are free, but I do charge $4 for a few styles, such as the printable budgets and the score sheets.

PrintableSigns.net has 70 new
signs that run the gamut from traffic signs to no smoking signs to library signs. There are also many new political campaign signs with colorful patriotic signs for
candidates running for local, state, and national offices, as well as voting and polling place signs.
I’ve added safety and caution signs with specific messages such as “No Unauthorized Vehicles Beyond this Point,” “Hard Hat Area,” Caution:
Active Hornets’ Nest,” and “Please Do Not Touch.” Several new danger signs relate to electrical hazards and confined spaces. There are new pool signs, railroad signs, and restroom placards. Other signs relate to: quiet hours, refusing service, returned check fees, alcohol sales restrictions, holidays, camping, roadside stands, hygiene, and
liquidation sales.
Some of the signs are sized to be cut into a strip that can be displayed on a door, with simply the words “Locker,” “Study Hall,” “First Aid,” “Utility Closet,” and other identifiers. PrintableSigns.net also has rectangular signs with which to label things such as a buried fuel line or “Sprinkler Water.” (It would probably be a good idea to laminate that
sign.)
There are also some “fun” signs for lemonade stands and kissing booths, announcing a new baby, celebrating a birthday, cheering on a favorite sports team, and many other purposes. There’s even a “Gone Fishin’” sign. Another category of party
signs illustrates, in color, the location of coats, soda, and beer. I’ve added new lawn signs for advertising services such as landscaping and painting, as well as pesticide signs alerting residents and passersby to various applications.
There are now 3,915 signs at PrintableSigns.net, all free to download and print in PDF format, or $1.99 per design for a DOC version that can be edited and customized. Thanks for all your ideas for new printables. I have more new stuff, and even new sites,
on the way. Happy printing!
