Valentine's Day Edition
Valentine’s Day is a major holiday when it comes to printables. Everything from gift tags to coloring pages to printable gift cards can save you time and money on this, the most mushy of holidays. There are hundreds to choose from at the FreePrintable.net sites. Also, thanks, those of you who have sent in ideas for truly awful movies that my wife and I can watch as part of our longtime tradition of seeing a real “rotten tomato” of a flick each Feb. 14. Next week, I’ll let you know what we chose, and how badly it stunk. In the meantime, I’ve got printables to share!

Last week, I told you about the new Valentine’s Day letterhead and borders at FreeLetterheadTemplates.net and PageBorders.net. Now, I have a roundup of Valentine-themed printables from various FreePrintable.net sites. And, as long as we’re talking about feelings, I’ve added 26 new apology letters to ApologyLetters.net.

Valentine's Printables
I already mentioned the 13 new love-themed borders and 45 new letterhead templates. They can be used as stationery, frames, flyers, and other lovey-dovey stuff. Now, I’ve gathered up a bunch of Valentine’s Day printables to tell you about.

One of my newest sites, PrintableGiftCards.net, offers a chance to give something more personal than chocolates or flowers. These are printable gift cards and coupons good for hugs, pampering, chores, and other romantic and practical things. Give your loved one an IOU for breakfast in bed, or an Amazon gift card. All of the cards are full-color and free to download and print in PDF or DOC format so you can fold them and write in the provided “to” and “from” spaces.

At FreePrintableRecipeCards.net, you’ll find Valentine recipe cards with cupids, hearts, and roses as well as lots of candy recipe cards for sharing your favorite sweet treats. They’re free as PDFs you can write upon, or $7 per design for customizable DOCs. Head over to FreePrintableGiftTags.net for Valentine gift tags you can print for free. There are cute cupids, pretty hearts, romantic couples, and more.

FreePrintableCertificates.net has romance certificates to present to the “World’s Best Husband,” and other honorees. Or, print a simple “I Love You” certificate with hearts. The certificates are free as PDFs and $5 for a customizable DOC version for Microsoft Word.

And for the kids, there are nearly 100 Valentine’s Day coloring pages at FreePrintableColoringPages.net. There are teddy bears, doves, heart balloons, cupids, and even a unicorn sticking his horn through a heart. Happy Valentine’s Day!
Apology Letters
They say love means never having to say you’re sorry, but that’s not quite true. Many users of my site, ApologyLetters.net, use the templates as a starting point to write letters of apology to friends, loved ones, business associates, customers, and anyone else they may have wronged.

There are now 185 sample apology letters at ApologyLetters.net, all free to download and alter to suit your situation. Plus, there are several articles with tips on how to craft your own letter of apology. Whether you’ve made a mistake at work, had a misstep with a customer, or failed as a friend, you’ll likely find a letter that’s very close to what you need. Then, tailor it to create your own sincere letter of apology.

The newest batch of more than two dozen letters includes notes addressing such topics as: resigning from a volunteer position, missing an appointment, or misleading a customer. A few of the letters are tailored toward social media, such as a Twitter apology. The personal letters include: apologizing for spreading an illness, for overreacting, and for flaking on a lunch date. There are also new letters geared toward children or teens who need ideas on how to say they’re sorry for not doing their homework, falling asleep in class, cursing, or being mean to a sibling.

New to the site are several letters relating to apologies by members of Alcoholics Anonymous, as well as letters someone of the Jewish faith might write on Yom Kippur.

Next time you need to express regret, check out ApologyLetters.net.

Thanks for sending me your ideas for new printables! Happy Valentine’s Day and happy printing!
