Run It Up the Flagpole Edition

This week, I’m announcing a brand-new site. FreePrintableFlags.com has launched with 50 flags of the world, and there are many more to come. It’s simple, straight-forward, and the perfect place to get high-quality images of flags for free. Also, there are 19 new board games at PrintableBoardGames.net, plus new sets of mazes at PrintableMazes.net.

And, I’ve decided to make all of my printable stationery envelopes free. (I was charging a few bucks for them.) They’re at FreePrintableStationery.net, and the selection of envelope designs matches the free printable stationery also found at the site.

Printable Flags

I’ve been wanting to offer this for awhile: a simple, easy-to-use website with nothing but free, printable flags. My idea has come to fruition with the brand-new, aptly named FreePrintableFlags.com.

There are 50 flags there now, organized into categories by continent or geographic region. You’ll find African flags, Oceana flags, North American flags, Caribbean flags, and so on.

All of the flags are full color or outlined (to color in) and they download instantly. There are four options to download each flag in PDF format. The outline option is great for students studying world flags.

Also, choose to have the name of the country on your printout, or not.

I’ll be adding lots more flags in the future, so please stay tuned to FreePrintableFlags.com. These flags are ideal for studying and have many other uses as well.

New Board Games

PrintableBoardGames.net is now even more fun thanks to the addition of 19 new printable games, including such retro classic games as: Siege of Paris, The Jungle Game, Chinese Checkers, and Nim.

Also new are eight variations of printable dice, from basic cubes to eight- and 10-sided varieties, for all kinds of gaming. Just cut and fold to assemble.

PrintableBoardGames.net now has printable Mahjong tiles, an entire deck of playing cards, Rook cards, and several more cool, ready-to-play printables for home or on the go.

Over at PrintableMazes.net, I’ve added five sets of 50 mazes each in the themes of holiday, winter, and Christmas. That site has hundreds of free mazes for all ages at varying levels of difficulty.

There are dozens of board games at PrintableBoardGames.net, from old favorites to card games. There are also printable dominoes, plus pencil-and-paper games.

All of the board games are free to download and print. Or, if you’d like the convenience of having access to the entire games collection at once, the all-in-one download is $11. The mazes at PrintableMazes.net are free, too, or you can buy maze book collections (of 250 mazes in each download) for $9 per difficulty level.

Popular Printables

A few weeks ago, I added new printables to my grocery lists site. So, I decided to check back and see which are most popular at the site, based on number of downloads.

As always, the master grocery list is the No. 1 most-downloaded printable. It comes pre-filled with dozens of food and household items on a full-page checklist. Other hot shopping lists include specialty grocery lists such as: low carb, clean eating, and gluten-free.

With the holiday season ramping up, I’m not surprised to see holiday shopping lists and menu planner printables in the Top 10. The Thanksgiving grocery list is the hottest right now, but I expect the Christmas shopping lists will be more and more popular. The site also has a selection of food expiration labels.

Everything at my grocery lists site is free to download and print in every format. Most are available as PDFs as well as DOC files you can type into using Microsoft Word or another compatible program.
