Tessellated Edition

I've received a lot of emails from FreePrintable.net users lately, including several who wanted to know what instrument I played at jazz camp (piano!). I even got a message from my mom in Arizona teasing me for making fun of my mention of the hot weather in Portland, Oregon. Hey, it was hot! Also, I love it when my sites are mentioned in the media. A couple of weeks ago, PrintablePaper.net was written up in the Bangladesh Daily Star. I thought that was pretty cool.

I've added an array of new paper to PrintablePaper.net, including tessellation paper as well as polar and semi-log graph paper. Plus, there are new hardship letter templates for a variety of tough situations at LetterOfHardship.net.

New Printable Paper

I don't think I'll ever run out of interesting new papers to add to PrintablePaper.net, thanks mainly to suggestions from site users. There are now 1,352 printables at the site, including several varieties of graph and lined paper. I added 81 new papers this week.

There's new polar graph paper with varying degrees and decades. Geometry teachers and students can make use of the new trigonometry paper with two or four quadrants. And there are quite a few new semi-log logarithmic graph paper designs with varying decades and divisions.

I've added 26 styles of tessellation paper, which is like graph paper but with shapes such as triangles, squares, hexagons, and dodecagons in various patterns. This paper can be used for geometry lessons, art projects, and more.

After lots of positive feedback on my colored, lined paper, I've added several more colors and styles in both letter and A4 sizes. Some people with special needs such as dysgraphia, dyslexia, or scotopic sensitivity like the paper because it's easy on the eyes, while others just find it pretty.

All of the new paper is free to download and print, as is almost everything at PrintablePaper.net.

Hardship Letters

LetterOfHardship.net is dedicated to sample letters for a variety of difficult situations, most of them financial. This week I added 22 new letters.

Many of the hardship letters at the site deal with issues relating to personal property ownership, such as mortgages, refinancing, and avoiding foreclosure. These new additions include letters geared toward commercial or rental property owners as well. Some of the letters give specific reasons for the hardship, such as property damage, death in the family, and other extenuating circumstances.

There's a letter regarding getting out of a gym membership contract for financial reasons, as well as a job transfer request, a request for accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and a request for dress code flexibility due to religious beliefs.

Debt consolidation, utility bills, retirement account withdrawals, school transfers, sports team eligibility, and court trials are some of the other issues addressed in this new batch of letters.

The letter templates are intended to be used as a starting point for developing one's own letter. Download the text in DOC format or simply cut and past directly from the site. Then type over the example text to suit your own situation.

There are now 115 letters at the LetterOfHardship.net, which also has several articles with tips on how to write such a letter.

It's been a crazy summer here at FreePrintable.net, but I have many more printables on the way. Please send me your ideas. Thanks and happy printing!
