Kevin's FreePrintable.net news
Legal Beagle Edition

I'm wrapping up a fun-yet-busy summer by spending some one-on-one time with my older daughter, who is off to (gulp) college in a couple of weeks. My younger daughter is going into second grade, so thankfully it will be awhile before I have to deal with this particular milestone again. My older daughter was only in preschool when I started my first FreePrintable.net site.

This week, there are two dozen new resumes at InstantResumeTemplates.com, plus 84 new pleading paper variations and other court-related printables at LegalPleadingTemplate.com.

Resume Templates

The 24 new resume designs at InstantResumeTemplates.com range from the traditional to the very cutting-edge. If you're in the market for a job, or just want to polish your resume to have handy, I hope you'll find something to suit your needs and style among the 186 templates at the site.

The new additions include several graphically interesting resumes, including resumes with arrows, a circular resume, timeline resumes, a resume with lots of white space, and a version in which the applicant's name takes up much of the page.

I've added an interesting "hanging skill tree" resume. There are also several ATS resumes that play nice with automated Applicant Tracking Systems.

Another fun resume variation is the mini resume, with three different layouts formatted to fit on the back of a business card and highlight key skills. They're perfect for networking.

Some of the new resumes are ideal for certain situations: an older worker, a volunteer, temp work, and a freelancer. New academic and chronological resumes have also been added.

Besides the free resumes, InstantResumeTemplates.com offers free skill matrix templates as well as job objectives lists. Just download, overtype in Microsoft Word or another DOC-compatible program, and print.

Legal Pleading Paper

I've added 84 new forms to LegalPleadingTemplate.com, including legal forms for court, and an entire category of forms formatted for every state and territory in the U.S.

The new state pleading templates are specific packets for the northern, eastern, western, southern, and middle districts for each state's U.S. District Court. Each state is also the subject of Superior Court pleading paper designs that are broken down by various counties. Each set downloads as a bundled zip file, and it's all free. Just download the DOC file and edit it to suit your needs.

Other new printables include jury service forms such as selection questionnaires and verdict papers.

Also just added is a selection of accident sketch templates, which are helpful when disputing traffic violations or for presenting an accurate depiction of a collision in civil court. Scenarios include two-, three-, and four-lane highways, freeway exits, roundabouts, parking lots and intersections.

Besides the blank and state-specific pleading paper at LegalPleadingTemplate.com, there are also templates for common court situations, such as divorce or bankruptcy. (Of course, these forms are no substitute for legal advice). You'll find a selection of law office forms as well as printables for use by notaries.

Everything at LegalPleadingTemplate.com is free to download, alter, and print.

Thanks for all your ideas for new printables. I'm wrapping up the summer by adding even more printables for home and business. Happy printing!
