With this week's addition of 21 new time sheets, there are now more than 135 templates at PrintableTimeSheets.net. You can download and print them for free as PDFs, or opt for a premium version if you'd like the full-featured spreadsheet version that performs calculations.

These time sheets are ideal for small businesses because there are so many variations, and the spreadsheet versions are easy to customize in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, or another XLS-compatible program.

The newest variations include: a time sheet for biweekly billable hours, night shifts, multiple daily or weekly projects, on-call hospital staff, internships, paid breaks, and more. There are now time sheets with room to include mileage reimbursement or monthly travel and/or expenses. I've also added time sheets for specific businesses, such as attorneys and babysitters.

The site offers dozens of professionally formatted daily, weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly time sheets. They range from simple to complex. Some time sheets are intended to track the working hours of multiple employees, while others calculate comp time, sick time, vacation time, overtime, and breaks.

The free PDF version can be printed and written upon in pen or pencil, whereas the premium XLS version, which is $9 per design, can be customized however the user would like.
