Kevin's FreePrintable.net news
Trifecta Edition

Wow, I got a ton of feedback and questions from you guys about the Grimm scenes that they shot in my living room. The most frequent questions were: What episode will it be? Season 3, episode 18, which is titled "The Law of Sacrifice," but I don't think they've scheduled its air date yet. How did they pick my house? Well, they shoot pretty regularly at another house in the neighborhood, about a block away. (That location is the home of the character Monroe.) They were looking for another house that's super-close to that location, so they don't have to move their equipment and people very far between shots. A location scout was going door-to-door looking for a house, and I got lucky. The third question ya'll emailed to me was: did I meet any stars? Yes, there were famous actors in my house. I don't think I'm supposed to say who, as I don't want to spoil the show for anyone.

OK, back to printables!

I have newly added printables for a wide range of interests this week. There are 20 new invoices at PrintableInvoiceTemplates.net, handy for businesses of all sizes. I've added a dozen new printables to ToothFairyLetter.net, including letters from the Tooth Fairy as well as illustrated "receipts" from the fairy herself. Plus, there are new chore charts up at ChoreCharts.net.

Printable Invoices

PrintableInvoiceTemplates.net now has nearly 200 free printable invoices to choose from, after my addition this week of 20 new templates. The new designs include sample invoices not just for retail and service businesses but also for independent contractors, freelancers, online sales, fund-raisers, and anyone else who needs to bill someone on paper.

The site has everything from basic, four-on-one page "guest check" or store receipt style invoices to full-page detailed work orders for specific industries. There are printable proposals and bids, inventory forms, expense reports, purchase orders, and more.

The new batch includes a lot of specialty invoices. There are bank funds transfer requests, auction bid trackers, subscription forms, rent and travel logs, a charity pledge form, a new style of rental invoice, and more. I've even added a couple of "cute" invoices for products and services, for those businesses that like to use a little color in their billing.

Each of the 191 invoices is free to download and print in PDF form. Just print them out and write on them in pen. If you'd like the ability to edit the form, there are two additional options: a DOC-compatible version or an XLS version. Each is $7 per design and is compatible with Microsoft Word or Excel, respectively, as well as compatible word processors or spreadsheets, such as Google Docs. The premium versions are handy for those who need to alter their invoices, typing in a business and/or customer name and address, customizing fields, computing totals (XLS version), and so on.

Tooth Fairy Letters
& Chore Charts

My 7-year-old is losing so many teeth lately that I, I mean the Tooth Fairy, can barely keep up. If you know a child who is similarly gap-toothed, ToothFairyLetter.net is your go-to site for not only letters from the Tooth Fairy, but also free coloring pages, poems, and other fun printables.

The 12 new additions to the site include six new letter variations along with There's also a fill-in-the-blanks form that kids can use to write their own letter to the Tooth Fairy. There's lined, illustrated Tooth Fairy stationery as well. For parents, I've added two "lost tooth" records, which can be stashed in the baby book or even framed. For times when cash is low, there are blank "checks" from the Tooth Fairy.

The new letters include variations for special Tooth Fairy situations, such as a tooth that has literally gone missing, or the pulling of wisdom teeth. A couple of the letters answer kids' questions about the Tooth Fairy's routine, and how many primary teeth will be lost. Another letter speaks to children who are nervous about the tooth-losing process. There are now 30 letters to choose from, plus other printables.

All of the letters are free to download and print in PDF form, or $5 each for a DOC version that can be typed into, customizing the forms or letter text to personalize.

ToothFairyLetter.net also has suggestions for family traditions for losing teeth as well as tips for parents, who, of course, are often called upon to "help" the fairy.

Also for families, I've added new printables to ChoreCharts.net, so there are now 90 chore charts, behavior charts, and goal-setting tools for kids and even for adults who find marking a chart to the be perfect motivation.

The new additions include: a seven-day chore chart, a classroom chore chart, homework and chore "punch cards," a study tracker, and several additional charts and tools. There are also hygiene charts as well as a new, illustrated chart with clock faces to help children follow bedtime and morning routines.

The charts at ChoreCharts.net are free in PDF form, or $5 per design if you'd like to edit them in Microsoft Word or another DOC-compatible program before printing.

Thanks for sending me your ideas for new printables. I have lots more on the way, including new sites. Happy printing!
