Rainstorm Edition

Happy October! It's been a wet week here in Portland, Oregon, with rain covering the streets but thankfully no flooding. Not that I'm complaining. We need the rain, and it comes with the territory here in the Pacific Northwest.

The rain hasn't kept me indoors all the time. My dog, Louie, and I like to walk along the Willamette River even when it's wet out. But I've also had time to bring you even more new, free printables. There are 25 new forms at LegalPleadingTemplate.com as well as new flash cards at PrintableFlashCards.net.

Legal Pleading Templates

So sue me! (Actually, don't.) There are more than two dozen new legal forms up at LegalPleadingTemplate.com and, like everything else at the site, they're all free to download and print.

When I originally launched the site back in 2008, it was with legal pleading paper , blank, numbered pages on which to type or keyboard formal documents to the specifications of various courts. Since then, the site has expanded to include more than 115 forms, including blank affidavits, legal complaints, notary forms, and more.

The latest additions are mostly court forms, such as motions, answers, authorizations, certifications, and agreements. For example, there's a notice of hearing, a pre-formatted pre-nuptial agreement, a proof-of-service form, a blank summons, and a confidentiality agreement.

All of the forms are expertly formatted, with lines and boxes ready to be filled with the relevant details.

The documents at the site are all in DOC form and can be opened and edited with Microsoft Word or another compatible program so you can type your information directly onto the form before printing.

The printables at LegalPleadingTemplate.com are commonly used in law offices, at courthouses, by law students, and by people representing themselves in court. As always, be sure to consult an attorney if you need one.

New Flash Cards

I hope you've had a chance to check out the cards at PrintableFlashCards.net, or even create your own with my free flash card maker. The site now offers 234 hand-picked flash cards sets that were created and shared by site users.

Two dozen new flash card sets were recently added to the site, including: plant vocabulary, anatomical terms, Spanish months and days, and civil rights. There are also cards with alphabets: binary, phonetic, runic, Russian, Hebrew, Greek, and Japanese.

The cards are perfect for studying and mastering facts, for everyone from preschoolers to adults. All of the cards are organized into categories such as: Language, Math, Science, and Early Childhood Education.

It's easy to make and print your own flash cards. Just type in the questions and answers and click to generate four or six cards per page. Then print (they're PDFs) and cut them out and fold them. If you'd like sturdier cards, print on heavy cardstock.

Thank you very much for all your emails, especially your ideas for new printables. I have lots in the hopper for coming weeks, including more holiday printables. Happy printing!
