On the Fly
This week my family took a little road trip to the Oregon coast, where the kid and the dog were thrilled to romp in the sand and play in the water. Sand castles were made and sticks were fetched. It was a little cold and a little windy, but all in all it was a great start to the summer. On the way home, we stopped at a road-side fruit stand to buy cherries and blackberries. They were all gone before we even made it back into the driveway.

In this edition of the FreePrintable.net newsletter, I'm highlighting the addition of 38 new flyers to PrintableFlyerTemplates.net as well as the latest selected flash cards shared by users of PrintableFlashCards.net.
New Printable Flyers
PrintableFlyerTemplates.net is one of my most popular sites, perhaps in part because it instantly solves the problem of needing a flyer to post about an event, sale, service, or other important topic.

There are now 158 flyer templates to choose from, all free in either PDF or editable DOC format. With these easy-to-use templates, you can spread the news about anything from an apartment for rent to an office party. There are lost and found flyers as well as concert and event flyers, advertising and real estate leaflets, and many other designs.

Some of the flyers are simple black-and-white designs while most are full-color. Some have pre-formatted tabs at the bottom of the page for passersby to tear off and save phone numbers or other contact information. There are flyers for small business owners, nonprofits, individuals, and pretty much everyone. Now, there's no need to create a flyer from scratch.

Of the nearly 40 new flyers, topics include: art show, auto repair, Bible study, blood drive, bowling party, election, estate sale, food drive, grand opening, happy hour, karaoke, kittens, pancake breakfast, roommate wanted, talent show, tutor, and several more.

To use these free flyers, simply download and then either print and write onto the PDF version or type directly onto the DOC version in Microsoft Word or another DOC-compatible program before printing.
New Flash Cards
The success of PrintableFlashCards.net depends on site users who create and submit quiz-style cards to share with other users. Recently, I selected nearly 30 more top-quality flash card sets to "publish" on the site for anyone to download and print for free.

Of course, you can always use the free flash card maker to generate your own flash card sets for study or any other purpose. Choose six or four cards per page, fill in the questions and answers and create card sets you can print instantly.

There are 211 sets of ready-made cards available on the site, all organized into categories such as: language, math, science, early childhood, literature, and music. The newest cards include a wide range of topics. There are sets relating to: railroad terms, mineral types, the solar system, periodic elements, insect biology, weather patterns, grammar, music terms, the digestive system, and many more.

Please drop me an email and let me know about printables you'd like to see next. I really appreciate your ideas. Happy printing!
