Good Medicine
I'm writing this on Monday, when the weather here in Portland is warm and beautiful. By Tuesday, when you get this e-mail, the weather here is supposed to drop by 20 degrees and it might hail. So I'm enjoying the day while I can. I took my dog down to the river for a walk, and there was a lone Canadian goose floating around by the bank of the Willamette. As I walked closer to the edge of the water to get a better look at him, he paddled to the edge of the water to get a better look at me, too. We sat there for a minute, regarding each other.

I recently added 29 new medical charts and forms to FreePrintableMedicalForms.com, and, on the creative side, you'll find 25 new designs at PageBorders.net.
Medical Forms & Charts
Of all my nearly 90 printables sites, one that gets the most grateful feedback is FreePrintableMedicalForms.com. Users of the site appreciate the wide range of health-related forms, checklists, logs, charts, and other printables. The forms are especially handy for caregivers (professional or family) who need to keep track of physical conditions, medications given, vitals, and other details.

I've added nearly 30 forms, including charts for expectant parents such as: a childproofing checklist, infant feeding schedule, and a week-by-week pregnancy calendar.

Exercise and good health go hand-in-hand so I've added new styles of exercise journal, a marathon training schedule, and weight loss motivation charts. There are also new nutrition-related forms such as a food log with columns for nutrients, a family food journal, and salt and sugar intake records.

Other new additions include a flu shot consent form, insurance claim logs, a phone consultation form for medical offices, school immunization record form, surgical history, dental work record, an athletic physical form, and cards for people with Pacemakers to carry in their wallets.

FreePrintableMedicalForms.com has nearly 300 forms in various categories, from medical records to medication forms. There's even a category for veterinary and animal forms.

There are two options at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com, which makes the printables accessible to anyone, regardless of budget. A PDF version of each form is free to download and print. You can save the form and print it as many times as you'd like, forever. If you'd like the ability to type into a form before printing, there's a premium customizable DOC option for $3.99 per form. The DOC versions can be opened in Microsoft Word or another compatible program and altered before printing. Also, for medical offices, health care professionals, and others who would like the convenience, the entire collection of 294 forms (both PDF and editable DOC versions) can be downloaded for $47, which is a big savings over buying the forms individually.
New Page Borders
The 25 new page borders at PageBorders.net cover a wide range of interests, from parties to international themes to dogs. There are now 237 borders at the site!

There are new borders with balloons, birthday candles, party hats, flags, bamboo, calligraphy, postage stamps, shamrocks, London-related icons, sculptures, and colorful abstract designs.

The breeds represented in the dog borders are: bloodhound, Boston Terrier, Chihuahua, spaniels, and Great Dane.

These borders are so versatile. They can be used as stationery, as fliers, or even to frame a photo or sign. There are fun, colorful borders, classic black-and-white designs, and everything in between.

There are several options for downloading the page borders. They're all free in the following formats: PDF, DOC (Microsoft Word), PNG, and JPG. If you're familiar with design programs and would like to alter or adjust a border, the Adobe Illustrator (AI) file is available for $7 per design. (Not all of the borders have the AI option.)

Thanks so much for your emails and ideas. I have many more new printables on the way. Happy printing!
