I launched PrintableContracts.com in 2009, as a complement to my business forms site, BusinessFormTemplate.com. There are now a whopping 226 templates at PrintableContracts.com, with sample agreements for all kinds of home and business arrangements, from household services to freelance gigs to rentals to events and much more. There are even health and medical directives, a sample will, and several articles with tips on writing and using various types of contracts.
The newest contracts include: a domestic partnership agreement, hospital visit authorization, information release, late payment agreement, parking space rental and unilateral contract. For small business owners and freelancers, I've added contracts for carpentry, computer service, and dog walking.There are also several new, specific real estate contracts for leasing a condominium, farm, office space, restaurant, retail space, warehouse, or furnished apartment as well as a lease assumption agreement and a pet addendum.Besides contract
samples, the site also has new employment-related agreements such as; dress code, email and internet policy, employee information release, a non-disparagement agreement, employee retention agreement, sexual harassment policy, social media policy, and telecommuting agreement form.Remember, while these contracts are professionally formatted and handy to have on hand, be sure to consult an attorney when your personal or business situation calls for legal advice.All of the contracts are free to download and print and can be easily edited in Microsoft Word or any other DOC-compatible word processing program such as Google Docs or Open Office. Just type your relevant information over the placeholder text in the contract.

Thanks largely to ideas from site users, I continue to add to PressReleaseTemplates.net. My newest round of additions includes 20 press releases for topics as diverse as product launches, new hires, company mergers, and announcing industry awards.
