Kevin's FreePrintable.net news
Award-winning Edition
It's been a stressful couple of weeks here at FreePrintable.net world headquarters here in Portland, OR. Well, stressful in a good way. My wife and I decided to get our house painted. The trouble came when we all had different opinions on what color we wanted. And then our kids weighed in their preferences, too! It's a big commitment, and not inexpensive, so it was after much nervousness and second-guessing that we settled on a classic yellow. I think I'm more comfortable as a printables guy than a paint guy.

FreePrintableCertificates.net is one of my most popular sites, and thanks in part to user suggestions, I've just 53 added new printables. Also, I've shifted the printables from one of my specialty sites to TeachersPrintables.net. Keep reading for more on that.

Remember, you can easily download Father's Day printables at various FreePrintable.net sites, including: FreePrintableCertificates.net, FreePrintableGiftTags.net , FreePrintableGreetingCards.net, and FreePrintableColoringPages.net. Or just use the search feature at FreePrintable.net.
New Printable Certificates
I'm excited about the more than 50 new certificates I've added to FreePrintableCertificates.net.

Many of the new certificates are education-related, so you can honor a child who has graduated or been promoted from one grade to another, from preschool all the way up through 12th grade. Some versions of these awards are classic and formal, while others are illustrated with attractive graphics. There are also new certificates for musical achievement, from specific instruments to chorus.

There are now 1,230 certificates at FreePrintableCertificates.net, which was one of my first printables sites way back in 2005. Besides achievement and awards certificates, it offers holiday-related certificates, commemorative marriage and anniversary certificates, certificates of ownership and authenticity, gifts, honors for kids and scouts, awareness ribbons, and much more. There is even a category for joke certificates.

There are two versions of each certificate: a PDF that is free to print out and write upon in pen, and a DOC file that can be edited and customized in Microsoft Word, typing in names, dates, and other details for a slicker look. The premium DOC version is $5 per certificate. Or, opt for the entire certificates collection on two CD-ROMs for $69. It's a great option for businesses, schools, and anyone who would like the ease of accessing and editing lots of certificates anytime.
Teachers Printables
I'm doing some "housecleaning." I've shut down BlacklineMasters.net and moved all the printables that were there to TeachersPrintables.net. I think they'll be happy there, and easy for teachers to find. Blackline masters are bold, easy-to-photocopy worksheets and graphic organizers that can serve as a master copy in teachers' files.

The selection includes blackline maps as well as a category of math blackline masters such as graph and dot paper with dark lines, a clock face, a printable protractor, and more. There are also specialty blackline masters such as flags, a human body outline, and the periodic table of the elements.

TeachersPrintables.net has more than 400 printables in all, ranging from classroom management and parent communication forms to charts and worksheets. There's something for everyone, from classroom teachers to homeschooling parents to students.

Each printable at the site is free in either PDF or, when available, DOC format. Professionals may want to purchase the entire teachers printables collection in one download. It's a great time-saver and just $27 for a single-classroom license or $67 for a whole-school license.

Thanks so much for all your ideas and emails. Please don't hesitate to let me know what new printables you'd like to see over the summer and beyond. Happy printing!
