So here's a thing. This week I worked as an extra (or background actor) for a prime-time TV show. I'm probably not supposed to say what the show is until it airs, but I can tell you that I got to run from zombies on the streets of Portland. The funny thing is, they didn't tell us that zombies would be in the scene. I was simply told to run down the sidewalk, zig-zagging. I thought to myself, "Why would I zig-zag down the sidewalk instead of going in a straight line?" A moment later, they called "background action," which was my cue to start moving. A second later I saw them: three actors dressed as zombies skulking up the sidewalk toward me. Ahhh, so that's why I'll be zig-zagging: to avoid the oncoming zombie hordes. I ran and zigged and zagged; it was fun. No zombies caught me and I lived to make more printables for you.
