Kevin's FreePrintable.net news
Family Edition
It's all about family this week at FreePrintable.net. There are new family trees and wedding planner pages to download and print. Plus, Mother's Day is coming up, so I've got to find something special for my mom as well as my wife (the mother of our two daughters.) I hope all is well with you and your family.

There's a total of 25 new family trees and genealogy forms at FamilyTreeTemplates.net. Plus, I've added 15 new pages to PrintableWeddingPlanner.com.

Mother's Day is this Sunday, May 12. Be sure to print out some Mother's Day coloring pages for the kids at FreePrintableColoringPages.net. There are also certificates for Mom and Grandma at FreePrintableCertificates.net as well as gift tags at FreePrintableGiftTags.net and cards at FreePrintableGreetingCards.net.
Family Tree Templates
Summer is prime time for family reunions, and, appropriately enough, I've just added more than two dozen new family trees, ancestor charts, and genealogy forms to FamilyTreeTemplates.net.

There are new ancestry charts illustrated with flags for 12 different nations of origin, a new variation of a photo family tree, and a tongue-in-cheek "Family Shrubbery" tree. You'll also find new genealogy tools such as an ancestor sheet to aid in research.

A fun trend at weddings is to have guests "sign in" by inking their fingerprint or thumbprint on a tree shape, signifying the joining and expanding of a family. There are three newly created bride and groom thumbprint trees. Print them out on high-quality, acid-free cardstock for a lasting keepsake.

There's also a new category of family tree at FamilyTreeTemplates.net: bowtie charts. Like the fan charts already at the site, these special configurations can't be edited, so are only available as a PDF you can print out and then write upon.

FamilyTreeTemplates.net now has more than 100 templates, including: two- to seven-generation family trees, trees for non-traditional families, and lots of forms to keep track of genealogy research. Each template is free to download and print as a PDF, or for just $4 per design you can download a customizable version to type into in Microsoft Word or another DOC-compatible word processing program before printing.
Wedding Planner Pages
Summer is also known as "wedding season." (My wife and I opted for a summer wedding, too; we were married in July 1994.) Appropriately enough, I've added a new batch of printables to my wedding planner site, PrintableWeddingPlanner.com.

There are 15 new pages at the site, all designed with pretty borders and graphics that match the existing templates so there are now more than 45 pages ready to print and place in a three-ring binder to create your own cohesive wedding planner that covers everything from engagement photo shoots to honeymoon itineraries.

The new planner pages include pages for bridal shower planning, a ceremony program, detailed budget worksheets, an engagement calendar, gift registry organizer, guestbook, honeymoon site comparison and several more.

Each wedding planner sheet is available to print for free in PDF form. If you'd like to be able to type onto the page before printing, a premium DOC version is available for $5 per page. Or, for the best deal, get the entire wedding planner collection of all 45-plus pages in one convenient download for just $14.

Thanks for sharing your printables ideas with me. I have lots more additions planned. Happy printing!
