My awesome wife signed me up for a sushi-making class. I learned how to prep and roll sushi, got to taste some sake (Japanese rice wine), and eat my fill of tasty sushi. I had a great time in the class. We went out and bought the various things needed for sushi-making, then the next day I tried it myself at home. Wow, let me tell you: I created the ugliest, saddest-looking sushi rolls ever. There was rice all over everything, including the floor and the dog. The dinner was tasty, but I earned negative points for presentation.
I tried again a couple of days later, and that time things worked out better: the sushi rolls stayed rolled. They were prettier, but still a little mangy looking. The kitchen was, again, an explosion of sticky rice, but lunch was so tasty it was worth the cleanup. I'll try again this week. I just added include: a records request, a transcript request, a resume cover sheet, and a fax test sheet with grayscale patterns. There are three sheets especially for veterinary offices as well as an illustrated sheet for Christian organizations and a cover sheet with a cute teddy bear on it. There are also sheets with the information fields in Spanish, French, or Japanese.I'd had several requests for a "wrong number" sheet specifically for letting people know that they've faxed an unintended recipient, so I've included one of those. And there are a few new sheets with games printed on them: dots, hangman, tic tac toe, 20 questions, and even a chess board.
Each of the fax cover sheets is free to download and print in PDF or DOC (Microsoft Word) form. The latter version should also work with other DOC-compatible programs.
