My daughter's sixth birthday was this week. She opened a bunch of presents befitting a 6-year-old (Fairies! So many fairies!) and chose her favorite restaurant for dinner. Now that that's done, we're busy decorating Valentine's Day cards for her kindergarten class. There are red stickers and glitter everywhere. I hope you're in the mood for some Valentine's Day
printables, because I have a lot of them. This week's newsletter features a roundup on Valentine's Day printables at various FreePrintable.net sites, from cards to gift tags to coloring pages. There's so much to download and print for free, or just a few dollars.Completely unrelated to Valentine's Day (I hope) are the nearly two dozen new apology letters
at www.ApologyLetters.net. Also, celebrate the birthdays of Lincoln and Washington with the new Presidents Day writing prompts for elementary, middle, and high school levels at www.FreeWritingPrompts.net. | |

New Apology Letters
|
I'm not sorry to tell you I've added 26 new letters to ApologyLetters.net. These new letters give you a framework for apologizing for all kinds of business and personal missteps. There are work-related apologies for missing work and inappropriate cell phone use. A couple of letters are designed to apologize to one's pastor. There's an apology for a late payment, for plagiarism, and for cancelling an appointment. Personal apology letters help users address matters of rudeness, drunkenness, and other disrespectful actions.
This round of additions includes several letters for children, such as apologies for teasing, school rule-breaking, bullying, lying, and other transgressions.ApologyLetters.net also has several articles with tips on how to write a letter of apology. The main thing is to be sincere. (With that being said, the site does have a couple of examples of insincere apologies.) These sample letters can be used as-is, but are really intended as a jumping-off point to customize to your own situation. All of the letters at ApologyLetters.net are free to download, customize, and print using Microsoft Word or any DOC-compatible program. Or, just copy and paste the text directly from the site.
Thanks again for all your wonderful ideas! Please keep 'em coming. Happy printing!
