Kevin's FreePrintable.net news
Back to the Future
This week my family and I took a road trip to Mount Saint Helens. It's only a couple hours' drive from Portland, so we headed up the mountain. Mount Saint Helens is an active volcano. I don't remember its eruption too well (that was 32 years ago, 9-year-old Kevin was distracted by Atari games and the rigors of third grade) but the impact of the devastation is still apparent today. We last visited 10 years ago or so, and the mountain has changed and grown significantly since then, slowly rebuilding itself. It's a beautiful place.

I know it's just September, but I can tell you're looking to the future and planning ahead. That's why you need calendars for 2013. I've added several more variations to Printable2013calendars.com, expanded RocketCalendar.com back to 1800, and added 15 new sample letters to ComplaintLetter.net.
2013 Calendars
Philosophically, I try to live in the "now." But that doesn't mean I don't like to think ahead. If you're like me, you're already planning for 2013. I launched Printable2013calendars.com months ago, but in anticipation of a new year just four months away, I recently added 13 variations to the site, some of them designs never before seen on my calendars sites. Thanks so much for your suggestions on improvements to Printable2012calendars.com and beyond.

The new calendars include each month of 2013 with the month prior to and after in "mini" size. Because many of you asked for it, there's now a version with three months (a quarter-year) on each page.

Of course, I still have the old favorites I've offered since 2009: full-page calendars, year-on-a-page calendars, and more. There are vertical and horizontal calendars with holidays in red, weekends shaded, Monday starts, academic years, and combinations of all those, plus other styles. It's all free! Print PDFs or editable DOCs you can type birthdays, appointments, and so on into before printing.

Also, I've expanded my popular site RocketCalendar.com so that users can instantly generate calendars all the way back to 1800. They're great for historical research or planning for far, far in the future. You can also print calendars up to the year 2099 as well as lunar calendars. It's all free.
New Complaint Letters
Got a beef? I actually hope your life is so calm and free of conflict that you have no need for ComplaintLetter.net, but the resource is there for you if you need it. There are more than 90 complaint letters to download, customize, and print for free. Plus, check out the articles with tips on when and how to write a complaint letter.

I've added 15 new complaint letters based on your requests and my research. They include templates for expressing common concerns about: barking dogs, credit card charges, medical issues, food quality, loud music, loans, parking, security, sanitary conditions, and more.

For business owners, property managers, and others, there are also 10 sample responses to complaint letters.

It's not always easy to write a simple, clear complaint letter that's professional in tone and format, and ComplaintLetter.net makes that easier. Just download (or cut and paste) a letter and fill in the blanks or rewrite to suit your situation.

As you can see, I really appreciate all your feedback and ideas for new printables. Please keep those emails coming. Happy printing!
