Medical Forms and Charts
My latest addition of 58 new printables to FreePrintableMedicalForms.com covers a wide range of charts, forms, medical journals, and more for patients, caregivers, and medical professionals. Many were created after multiple requests by site users. I want FreePrintableMedicalForms.com to be your go-to site for everyday health care form needs as well as in times of crisis.

There are new food logs for baby's first foods and people with allergies, and I've also added logs to conveniently track and document incidents of: anxiety, depression, and attention deficit. There are new charts for family planning and fertility uses, a blood pressure calendar, a medical cabinet inventory sheet, a pregnancy hospital bag checklist, and a school nurse incident report. I've also added several new forms for the Veterinary and Animal Forms category.

For diabetics , I've added several new variations of insulin check and blood glucose tracker forms for people with diabetes. I had a special request for a large print version, so there's a new blood sugar tracker meeting that need.

There are also several individual forms that collectively make up a Cancer Planner, with sheets for tracking appointments, listing contact info for people involved in treatment, logging medications, tracking symptoms, and more.

There are forms for medical office professionals to use as well, such as sign-in forms, appointment reminder cards and post cards (dentist, MD, gynecologist, optometrist, pediatrician, and chiropractor), medical history forms, medical statement paper, progress note paper, and more.

Each form or chart at the site is free to download and print individually as a PDF, or, if you'd like to type directly into a form using Microsoft Word before printing, opt for the $3.99 DOC version. Yet another option is to download all 264 printables from the site at once - just $47 for the entire medical forms collection.
Calendars for 1850-2099
It's back to Gold Rush times at RocketCalendar.com, where I've expanded the collection of free printable calendars back to 1850 (It was 1900). The calendars are also available for every month through 2099, so it's easy to relive the past, record the present, or look to the future.

While the uses of the 2012 calendars are probably obvious, there are many reasons you might want to refer to a calendar from the recent or distant past: anything from figuring out what day of the week someone was born on to recording life events for a scrapbook. The future calendars are perfect for planning and entertainment purposes.

RocketCalendar.com also has lunar calendars with the phases of the moon as well was Hijri, or Islamic calendars, in both Gregorian and Hijri years.

Everything at RocketCalendar.com is free. Just choose the month and year you want and download and print.

Thanks so much for sending me your ideas for new printables. As you can see with the medical forms, they often make their way into the collection for everyone to benefit from. Please keep those emails coming. Happy printing!
Kudos
I really enjoyed this note from a sweet grandma, Cindy K.: "Kevin, I just wanted to say a big thanks for the free paper doll printables ! I had my 6-year-old granddaughter over on Sunday. She wanted to make paper dolls. I remembered your site and printed off the princess paper dolls. They were a big hit with my granddaughter! Thanks so much! We used the groom for a prince because, of course, princesses must have a prince to dance with. Maybe you could add a handsome prince to the collection? Many thanks!"
