» New Complaint Letters

What's your beef? Whether you want to gripe about poor treatment at a store or get the results you deserve from an airline, gym, cable company, health insurance carrier, landlord, government agency, or other entity, your best chances for a good resolution lie with a good complaint letter.
I've just added 36 new letter templates to www.ComplaintLetter.net, including 10 responses to complaint letters. (There are examples for apartment managers, hotels, online auction holders, restaurants, and others.) You'll also find three new how-to articles, including advice on writing online complaint letters, such as via the review site Yelp.
If you're having trouble finding the words to say, or need to know about format and tone when it comes to complaint letters, these letters will provide the jumpstart. Just download the pre-formatted business letters in DOC format, open in Microsoft Word or another compatible program such as Google Docs, customize to your situation, and print. (You can also simply copy and paste letter text from the site.)
The new category of responses to complaint letters seemed appropriate because small business owners and others often need to response to customer or client complaints, whether fair or unfair. If this situation applies to you, these sample letters will help make sure you keep your cool while serving your clients' needs. There's also an article with tips on responding to a complaint letter.

OK, bookworms and especially foodies: You'll love the new bookmarks I just added to www.FreePrintableBookmarks.net. There are now new categories on the site for baby and cooking/cake themes.
The baby designs are very cute, and appropriate to mark your place in children's books, parenting books, or anything you'd like - even include them with baby shower gifts. The cooking bookmarks include ethnic themes as well as tasty desserts (cakes and cupcakes), and you can use them to mark your favorite recipes in cookbooks. There's even a tasty-looking corndog bookmark. There are 35 new bookmarks in all.
Of course, you can still choose from all the 85 bookmarks on the site, in themes such as: Adventure, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Mystery, Western, Fiction, Computer, Birthday, Animal, Seasons, Christian, Gothic, Nature, Romance, and Holiday. Whew! And as if that weren't enough, the site also has 65 bookplate designs that print with six on each page, some of which match the bookmarks. Just write your name on the PDF version or type into the also-free DOC version. (The DOCs work with Microsoft Word.)
It's easy to download and print your free bookmark in PDF or DOC format. The bookmarks are made to fold, with both a front and a back. I even put a little bookmark-making tutorial up on the FreePrintable.net blog.
Thank you so much for sharing your ideas with me. Some of the best new additions, and even entire printables sites, are sparked by your emails. Happy printing!

I really enjoy hearing from people who have caught the "10-year Journal bug." It's the planner style I first added to PrintablePlanners.net last year and recently updated for a 2012 start date. (There's a page for each date of the year, with just a few lines per day going forward 10 years.) Andy M., who gave the journals as holiday gifts, wrote, "I thank you again for the 2012 10 Year Journal! . . . Everyone has told me what a kind and thoughtful gift it is. I decorated the outsides of the binders with cute fabrics. As they watch our kids grow, they will be able to record their observations. We've had some serious medical issues in the family and we'll see how they progress. And the kids (7 and 9) will see how they grow and how their entries grow."
