» New Printable Contracts
|
I've just added new sample contracts to almost every category at PrintableContracts.com. As always, everything at the site is free.
The new additions include: a music contract, a health care proxy form, a subcontractor agreement, a wedding photography contract (more specific than the photography contract already on the site), a debt payment agreement, a roommate contract, a waiver of liability, several child care-related contracts, and business partnership contracts (articles of merger, asset purchase, and joint venture agreement). There are also several real estate contracts, including those relating to deeds, typical and short-term house rental, lease-to-purchase agreements, and more. I've expanded the category for child-related contracts (of course, they won't be legally binding): an allowance contract, a behavior contract, a cell phone use agreement, and teen curfew, dating, and driving contracts.
These contracts, agreements, and other related documents are intended to be either cut and pasted from the site or downloaded and opened in Microsoft Word or another DOC-compatible program. Then, use the templates as a framework to customize to suit your own situation.
Besides commonly used contracts for most home and business matters, from selling a car to hiring a housekeeper to dissolving a business partnership, PrintableContracts.com also has examples of a health and medical directives, wills, a prenuptial agreement and other form samples for very personal situations. (Remember, always check with an attorney on sensitive issues.) The site also has 10 helpful articles with advice on contract writing and related matters. There are now 174 contracts available at the site - all absolutely free.

| » Apology & Condolence Letters |
|
Thanks largely to suggestions from printables users, there are new letters at two sites I created in 2010 for very difficult situations: ApologyLetters.net and CondolenceLetters.net.
It's rarely easy to say you're sorry, no matter how sincere you may be. A sample letter can be the framework you need to craft your own version and send it along to the appropriate recipient and make it more likely it will get the reaction you want. I've just added 26 new letters to ApologyLetters.net. The site has samples for personal apologies, such as to one's spouse (there's a new article with tips for this), friend, or neighbor. Other new letters include apologies to a teacher (from a child or adult) and a letter to people who have been wronged by a recovering alcoholic. For professional or otherwise touchy situations, there are letters for attempting to make amends to a client, an employee, or for a cultural misunderstanding. There's even a letter to apology for a pet's behavior (fortunately, my cats and dog haven't put me in that position yet.)
Again, these letters are meant to give an example that you can use almost as-is in some cases, or just follow their structure and type over the details to suit your situation. You can instantly download a customizable DOC version or simply cut and paste directly from the site - both are free.
As for CondolenceLetters.net, these messages even tougher: letters of sympathy, eulogies, and other sad things.
There are 16 new letters at the site, including religious and not-religious sympathy letters, letters for unusual circumstances, letters for the workplace, and letters for profoundly tragic events such as the death of a child. There are several new letters intended for friends who have lost a pet, as well.
The site also has several articles with advice on how to write a letter of condolence. Like the apology letters, just download a letter or cut and paste it - they're free.
Thanks so much for all your suggestions. I know that the FreePrintable.net sites wouldn't be what they are without the wonderful input (and even the occasional constructive criticism) I get from visitors like you. I have more printables on the way. Happy printing!

Since I have been married for 27 years, I didn't really need a wedding planner but I always look at what you have that is new, and in looking at your wedding planner, I thought: 'I could use that as a cruise planner!'My husband and I are planning a cruise in December ... and several of the pages you had for the wedding is perfect from my cruise planning!"
