FreePrintable.net news

October 11, 2011
Hi from Kevin at FreePrintable.net, where a busy printer is a happy printer.

I hope you're having a wonderful October. I had an old friend in town last week, and we got into all kinds of mischief that I won't go into here. We did make it to an Erasure concert, where I got my '80s on. It sounds sappy, but as much as I like making new friends, nothing compares to friends who have known you since "back in the day." I managed to break away and round up even more Halloween printables, as well as some new printable contracts for PrintableContracts.com. Keep reading to hear all about it!

» New Halloween Printables
Wow, www.HalloweenPrintables.net, which I announced last week was a huge hit. There were lots of downloads and a bunch of positive feedback - thanks so much! While the site has a broad selection of Halloween-themed printables (more than 80 overall), so far the most popular have been coloring pages, fun facts and word searches.

Now I've added even more Halloween printables to some of my other sites. There are some new Halloween cards over at www.FreePrintableGreetingCards.net. They're all in full-color, with illustrations of ghosts, jack-o-lanterns, trick-or-treat bags, candy, a haunted house, and more. There are six new card designs altogether, all free as PDFs or $4 each for a .DOC version you can open and edit in Microsoft Word.

I've also added a new Halloween place card for good measure, to www.PrintablePlaceCards.net. It has a happy/scary jack-o-lantern and candy design, and is perfect for Halloween parties. Print the free PDF version and write guests' names on the cards in pen, or go for the premium editable version for $5.

» New Printable Contracts

And now for something else that's scary - new contracts. I'm just kidding: contracts don't have to be scary, especially when you dot your t's and cross your i's. Wait; flip that; reverse it. But seriously, I'm pleased to continue to round out the collection of 129 sample contracts at www.PrintableContracts.com.

The new additions include three documents related to wills (changing beneficiary, trustee resignation, and waiver of right of inheritance). There are also new person relationship agreements as well as sales contracts and real estate contracts. The real estate contracts include six new contract templates, several of which I've had repeated requests for: listing agreement, lease extension, and quitclaim deed.

To use the contracts, just download them and open them in Microsoft Word or another .DOC-compatible program such as Google Docs. Then you can type into them and customize them with your own, relevant text. (As always, consider consulting an attorney in sensitive contract situations.) Everything at PrintableContracts.com is free to download and print, and there are templates for everything from selling a car to hiring a nanny to starting a franchise. There are also several articles with tips on what to look for in a contract, the different types of contracts, writing tips, and more.

Please keep your Facebook posts and emails coming. I'm planning on adding many more printables, and I need to hear what you'd like to see next. Happy printing!
