| » New Printable Contracts |
Whether you're making a business deal or hiring help around the house, a good contract makes it less likely that there will be problems down the line. At PrintableContracts.com, there are 100 sample templates for all kinds of arrangements.
There are more than two dozen new contracts I've just added to the site, including business partnership contracts, health and medical directives, and a general affidavit.
For small business owners, there are contracts to ensure confidentiality, using an independent contractor, stock purchases, rights to use a business name, and many more. There is also a wide selection of real estate-related agreements, for sales and rentals.
There are also agreements for household services (like if you're hiring a housekeeper or landscaper) and events (such as reserving a venue or engaging a disc jockey) as well as common transactions such as selling a car. Other contracts including: painting, rent-to-own, freelancing, boarding a horse, delivery services, snow removal, photography, ghostwriting, and many more. The health-related forms include a new template for consenting to organ donation.
All of the forms and templates at PrintableContracts.com can be instantly downloaded in Microsoft Word (or another DOC-compatible program such as Google Docs) and customized to suit your needs. They are pre-formatted, including lines on which to sign. Or, just copy and paste directly from the site. The site also has several articles on how to write a contract, what to look for in a contract, and other tips. Please keep in mind that these contracts are for informational purposes, not legal advice.

|
You've probably been asked to write a recommendation letter for someone, whether for a job, school, or personal situation. No matter how much you like and believe in the person, it's usually a chore. Thankfully, a sample letter can help you jump-start the process and ensure you get all the needed elements in there.
I've just added 10 new letter templates to LettersOfRecommendation.net, and there are now more than 100 to choose from. The new letters include references for movers, landscapers, mechanics, and tutors. In the employment category, there are now letters specifically vouching for candidates who are unemployed or suffered a long layoff. Other new letters include recommendations for joining a fraternity or sorority, or volunteering with an organization.
There's also a letter to recommend foster parents (it's part of the Adoption Character Reference Letters category).
Just find a letter close to your circumstances, download it (in DOC form), or simply copy and paste. Then, type directly into the letter template to customize.
Once I get back to Oregon, the kids are starting school and I'm going to be adding more printables and new sites like crazy. I hope you like them! Please let me know what you'd like to see this fall and beyond. Happy printing!

I got a nice email from Robbin B., who homeschools her teen daughter and likes "all aspects" of the FreePrintable.net sites: "We have found many useful things, from making school work/planning easier to make life in general easier. No more running to the office supply store for materials that we need in small quantities that end up costing a small fortune. My biggest expense anymore is copy paper and ink. Thank you so much for making this homeschool mom's life easier." My pleasure, Robbin!
