Whether you're a homeowner hiring a contractor to do some work on your house, or a business owner settling debt, a good contract can mean the difference between getting paid or not. Besides money-related issues, contracts can make job rules clear, establish a client relationship, and otherwise clear up issues and minimize the chance of disagreements or legal battles later. I've just added 33 contracts to www.PrintableContracts.com, along with some new articles about types of contracts that exist, and what to include when writing a contract. Now there are 100 contracts on the site, all free to download and print.
There are contracts for hiring an agent, a consultant, a flooring specialist, a DJ, a pet sitter, a nanny, property managers, and more. There are also employee cell phone and internet use policies for offices, as well as contracts to cover hair salon booth rental, and an agreement for website maintenance.
All of the contracts, new and old, can be instantly downloaded in DOC form and customized in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or another compatible program. Just type into the document, replacing the placeholder text (contract terms, parties, etc.) with your own information. Or, cut and paste the text of a contract directly from PrintableContracts.com.

I just added nearly a dozen new fax cover sheets to www.FreeFaxCoverSheets.net, and most of them are designed for function over form: an insurance claim, an order form, a wire transfer form, a job quote and more.
These new task-specific cover sheets can save businesses time and paper. For example, a vendor or service provider could download the quote fax cover sheet, save it to his or her computer, pre-fill it with information, and have it at the ready to tweak when a quote is requested. All the details can be right there on one page, combining a cover sheet with the information the needs to be sent.
There are also five new "retro" designs, including an old-timey telegram fax cover sheet.
All of the fax cover sheets are free to download and print, in either PDF or editable DOC form.
